Steve was able to help us immediately after my computer was hacked. He cleaned up both of our computers remotely, so no one had to drive anywhere. He was very patient with us "not-so-techy" people. His pricing was a lot less than anywhere else. I highly recommend Steve and he's the only one we'll go to for anything computer.

One of my husband’s most prized possession is his custom built PC. He spent a lot of time and money building his dream PC so when we had just moved and our new water softener system unfortunately flooded and damaged his PC, he was devastated.
We had to get the PC diagnosed for damage and after thorough research in all of Austin and San Antonio for someone experienced in building custom PC, my husband decided to call Steve. My husband needed someone that he could trust and someone that knew what they were doing and after speaking on the phone with Steve, he knew Steve was beyond capable.
Steve was knowledgeable, patient and you could tell he had a passion for not only computers but helping others. He was thorough and very quick to respond with any concerns and questions that we had.
Highly recommend Steve. His price is fair and he does everything in his power to make sure you’re happy with his service before he takes any payment. Thank you Steve for all your help and taking on such a laborious task.

Had a minor ram problem. Steve troubleshooted and solved my problem over the phone for FREE!! Definitely will be taking my PC for any major problems. 10/10 service. Very friendly. And the ONLY place you should be going for computer problems.

Steve was a great help, and had my PC in and out fast and fixed. He helped guide through my problems in a very easy to understand way and at a good price. Got back to me quick about what the problem could be and how it could be solved and overall was an amazing experience.

Extremely rude. I was on the phone for less that 20 seconds and he immediately started condescending me. Stating that reason my GPU is broken is because “let me guess bit coin mining”. For your information sir my 2070 super was dinged up in a 1200 mile move .You need to work on how you speak to people.

What can I say, It is not often in todays service industry that you find people that are polite, informative, that listen to your wants and needs and then make that happen.
