I brought my dog here when I needed a last minute appointment and they fit her in. They gave me some medicine for her and suggested an extraction which I expected. Yesterday they completed the tooth extraction and my girl is happily herself again. I didn’t feel pressured nor was anything pushed on me. I got an estimate beforehand and was able to use Care Credit. I will be bringing my other dog for his yearly

Money hungry establishment. Went in early for vaccines so that I didn’t have to pay $150 extra for a wellness check and was lied to, saying we HAD to do a wellness exam and that it was required by the establishment. When I explained we hadn’t hit the year yet for vaccines she said there was nothing she could do since my husband had already signed for it and paid. In addition, they said they couldn’t even complete the wellness exam since my dog was being nippy. Why did I get charged for something you didn’t even complete then? If I could rate 0 I would. Will not be back.

I took my Daisy and I was given an estimate for ear cleaning and toes of $623. 55. I went to Vetco and paid $ 59. 01. She had her toes cut and ears clean. The office manager was rude and cut me off in my conversation. She never apologize. Her response was "I'm the manager. " DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS.THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT YOUR PETS.

We have been bringing our dog here for several years and each visit is worse than the last. Dr. Kathryn Stribley is rude and just tries to charge more and more money. She recommended thyroid supplements for my dog and when I tried to order from Chewy instead of their website due to double the cost - they tried to charge me for the prescription paper ($13). They used to be good for annual visits and shots, but now they charge double the cost with rude service. We won't be back.

Can’t share their empty parking lot for a quick errand. They call security and cops on people who are doing no harm.

The front desk lady was so rude. Couldn’t even answer a question I had without attitude. I was wondering if y’all knew of any programs that could help assist me in the costs of a vet visit but she instantly shut me down.

I took my boy in on the 29th of December, he walked in and wasn't able to use his back legs when we left (WHY). He died that night.on the same day I took him. I feel he was mis diagnosed. I have questions. He was givinen meds for a bulging disc, and something to help him eat. He had stop eating. Will not go back ?

This place used to be great back when it was under Dr. Lowe and called Fredericksburg Animal Hospital. Now that's its sold and changed names, the prices have gone through the roof. The main vet (Stribley), is utterly rude and guilts you for not being able to spend $2500 on a teeth cleaning. She also misdiagnosed my dog based on what I said, and completely missed the bite marks under her fingers. 2 minutes with her, and a $150 bill. There is a particular staff member who's just as rude and condescending, who's name I don't know. I ended up moving my pets to Ace Veterinary on Barchester, where both the doctor and the staff are amazing friendly, practical and not out to gouge. They cleaned the same dogs teeth for a total of $350 all in.

I had to bring in my small Chihuahua to be euthanized and the procedure was very abrupt. No compassionate care whatsoever regarding my tiny pet from the male veterinarian doctor. If I had known the whole euthanasia procedure was going to be like it was, I would have gone somewhere else.

The vet herself was rude, condescending and did not address all of my concerns- attributed my 8 year old dog's patchy coat and declining mobility to age and did not offer a solution. She sneered at natural supplements/OTC remedies and refused to offer advice on his diet, but tried to push expensive flea medication we didn't need.It was the wonderful, caring and thorough vet tech who COMPLETELY saved my dog by recommending (discreetly, away from the doctor) the OTC medication that brought back my dog's quality of life & has him running, jumping and playing like a pup again-- "Dasuquin". It wasn't sold by the vet- presumably why the tech couldn't even mention it with the Dr. In the room? I found this appalling. This vet has no concern for the animal's well being, just writing expensive prescriptions. I will, however, be forever thankful to our vet technician, who I won't name here- keep helping pets and their humans, keep caring, stay wonderful.
