Best thrift shop in SA. Huge, well organized, everything arranged by style size color. Great for seasonal clothes and goods, think Xmas and Halloween. Home goods are well organized as well. I can't begin to list how many awesome things I've gotten from here. I got a Lego set that retails for $75 for four dollars. I got a La-Z-Boy chair for $49 that I've now had for five years. I got a pair of brand new Merrell hiking shoes for $12. When my kids were younger, I got so many amazing things, a wooden kitchen that we had for about 10 years, wooden blocks worth about $100 for five dollars. I get pretty much all of my kids clothes here still.

Huge thrift store but horrible service. Husband and I both got run over by employees moving carts. Husband was able to jump out of the way but I wasn’t quick enough and got my toe rolled on. I said ouch pretty loud and the girl kept walking. When it was time to check out the older lady was not friendly and when my SIL went to check out she wouldn’t let her buy any of the toys because they weren’t priced. Really not fair to do that to the kids that are present. Tried to ask for any price or to get a manager to price it but she refused and said she could be fired. Don’t see how that’s possible when everything is DONATED. They do have a large selection but a lot of it is overpriced too. Won’t be going back.

Does not have any changing rooms. If you're bigger than a size 6 and need to try things on to see how they look on you/ if they even fit, don't bother. I don't mind the slightly higher prices, especially since their stuff is nice, but it's too expensive to not even know if it will fit. No thanks

As someone that loves thrifting, I do like coming here for neat finds, just pay attention to the colored tags to get the best deals, if you don’t find items that are 50/30% off, the prices do seem a bit too high.To note, there are no fitting rooms! I do wish they would change that since shopping for jeans etc can be very difficult without trying on. That also causes people to try things on in the isles and take up room and it’s just plain weird! ? but I guess they gotta make do…Also returns are offered only in the form of store credit/exchange, you won’t get your money back, so be careful what you buy and be sure of your purchase :)

The NEWS should cover a story on Thrift Stores!I'm shocked to see the pricing increase soooo much. I see many items sold for more than you can get it new. With the items being donated, we all should all be surprised at how much profit Texas Thrift Stores and its owners are making. The NEWS should cover a story like this showing both sides (owner/consumer). They might prove me wrong!!! But untill then...

Prices are too high for second hand items. Found a dirty jacket missing a button for 58.99! Dirty ripped Sweaters and thin jackets for 30 and 40 dollars! Better buy something new and clean. I was wondering what they base their prices on and asked a nice lady there and she took me to Salvador, her supervisor, because she didn’t know. The supervisor didn’t know either. He could call one of the pricers from the back. But I told him it wasn’t necessary because he seemed bothered by my question and said that “everyone yells at him” about pricing but he doesn’t know… ( by the way I didn’t yell at him… I just calmly asked him) I’m just wondering if everything is donated to them price’s should be much lower than what you can buy them new. Maybe it is the operation costs and rent that went up or inflation or all together ??♂️not worth it coming here… unless you are looking for vintage decorations like my wife ?

Pros: Extensive variety of items including Men’s, Women’s, Home Stuff, & Decor.Cons: Lack of dressing rooms hinders my confidence in making purchases due to sizing uncertainty. Returns are accepted, but pricing is notably high, making some items seem overpriced. Additionally, the store's condition, while expected for a thrift store, sometimes feels a bit unkempt, prompting a desire for a quick in-and-out experience.

I just called to ask about after yard sale pick up, and she told me I had to schedule it. That's fine. I took the number, but she didn't sound happy. Then I said, "Thank you!" She just hung up. No, You're welcome." Or a, "goodbye." Just click. ?

This store has a horrible manager with poor customer service. I donate here all the time. They do not allow you to try things on so you don't know that something doesn't fit until you get home. Bought a pair of pants here and needed to exchange them. Tags were still on the pants. Could not find my receipt. They would not allow me an exchange without a receipt even though I could provide proof of purchase through my credit card statement on my phone, even though I donante at least once a month here. These people get these clothes from donations like mine. They don't purchase their inventory, and yet they make no exceptions.Free inventory. No dressing rooms provided for the public. No exchange without the receipt for a $10 pair of pants. I just wanted to exchange for a cheaper pair of pants that actually fit me. They could have kept the the extra $5 they would have made from the difference. Poor poor customer service. Ungrateful business. This business needs to train their managers better at making discerning judgement calls. Greedy greedy greedy! Shame on you. This organization is supposed to be helping the less fortunate in the community but their business model would indicate otherwise. So sad. I've been both a donar and a customer here for YEARS. My mother and children as well. I've always looked forward to coming here. I really was made to feel unappreciated and disrespected today. No need to be so rude to people. Life is hard enough.

bruh this store is flag on the play tripping with prices. extremely absurd and ridiculous taxing. council, what happened to this being a "thrift store"? they already get clothes as donations and do well, so why tax so much. the problem is referring to the "vintage rack" when half the time it is not true vintage and when there is, it's like a resell store for 25-30 dollars. this is no longer about the community the store brings in, with that being said owners of the company are trying to squeeze every penny out of our poor pockets. wait till the president receives my letter to them about this. you have lost so many transactions from my business and our people so we bid you ado and wish y'all the best of unfortunate luck. thank you but no thank you. we'll be taking our business elsewhere like every karen says.
