I called yesterday and left a message on 11/9 & my phone number and the message said someone will get back to you. Showed up on 11/10 and there's a sign on the door says they're not open it would have been nice for someone to call me back and tell me if they even took my insurance or that they were even gonna be open today. Poor customer service

Great service and excellent selection of medical grade T.E.N.S. units, knee scooters, and therapy devices for the knees, shoulders, spine, and more. Plus they worked with my insurance!
