This facility’s team is just amazing. My therapist was Caleb. I could not be more pleased with him and my results. It’s nice to get a therapist that’s is so easy and fun to work with. Thanks so much Caleb!! The 2 techs I worked with the most were Eileen and Taylor. They were so much fun.Front desk was always on the ball. We monitored treatment authorization among other things for me. They always did it with a smile.All three of these people truly understood what it meant to come into the clinic in pain. They were compassionate and got the job done ASAP.I can’t thank you enough!!

This is long overdue but I want to give a BIG shout out to Dr. Maggie Hacker. She not only treated me for plantar fasciitis this year, but when my PCP suggested physical therapy for improvement in core strength and balance I requested Maggie again. She is very patient, explains (and re-explains as needed) how to properly (key point!) do the exercises, checking to make sure you're comfortable and pain-free, yet challenging you to meet your goals. It was a great experience and much appreciated treatment.I'd also like to thank other team members who helped me - Kristen, Hallie, Taylor, Jason, Bree and Ashley - and my apologies if I left anyone out. Thanks so much!!

Dr Caleb Comer is amazing!!! At TX Physical Therapy all of the staff is extremely well trained and very “hands on”. Dr Caleb is very active with his patients and evaluates patient progress every session! Extremely friendly and positive staff from the moment you walk in the door. I suggest the Westover Hills location to anyone young or mature needing physical therapy.

Clean facility, friendly, and FUN...believe it or not.Matt & Audra did a great job listening to my concerns and progress throughout therapy and adjusting my exercises appropriately while still pushing me to get stronger. I saw significant improvement in my condition, thanks to their guidance. The techs were great, too...Jason, Hallie, & Ilene in particular.

Dr Alejandro Batista was great. I never needed physical therapy before and was skeptical about what my finish line would look like after breaking my wrist. Less than 2 months of pt and I am back to 100%! Not only did I receive physical therapy, but the atmosphere felt like I was receiving therapy for my SOUL. Music was always a vibe and the techs were a joy to talk with twice a week. I will miss this place..and if i ever break anything else, im definitely returningI'd rate txpts 10/10 stars if it were an option

Thank y’all so much for helping me vastly reduce the pain level in my neck/shoulders and for giving me the tools/exercises to continue working on those areas at home. My range of motion continues to improve to this day. A special thank you to Maggie for all the one on one care and for really listening to me about my issues to create an awesome game plan that is to this day still working towards me being pain free ❤️ and a special shout out to all the wonderful tech assistants for ensuring that there was never a wait between exercises. The people here really make you feel like family and the weekly jokes that they post on the board are the cutest ever. Thank you all for providing the best PT care and experience that I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back if other issues arise.

My first experience of physical therapy was incredible. I signed up for the wrong location of physical therapy and when I came into the office they accommodated me and made time for me, it was really nice and it worked out perfectly. I had an amazing doctor throughout my recovery process, he became my friend and tried to get to know me better. He helped explain the process clearly so I could know what to expect. The technical assistants were absolutely incredible as well , they were always ready and willing to answer any questions along with making fun small talk. It was over all just a great environment of patient and medical professionals working together for a common goal. I felt really comfortable there. I highly recommend this office if you need pt!!

This is hands down this is the best place a person could come to for any kind of physical therapy. Not only was Dr. Maggie Hacker the most friendly doctor I’ve ever met, but the entire staff- from the front desk to the other doctors and techs- was as well. The level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Will never go anywhere else!Thank you all for making me feel like family and for getting my shoulder back on track!

This is the BEST PT practice I've EVER been to! Dr. Britton honestly, truly cares. He doesn't ever take a cookie cutter approach to the exercises he has me do. He tailors each session on how you're feeling. The techs there are the BEST! Shout out to Taylor, Hallie, Felicity, Giselle and Eileen. The front office staff always greets the patients by name. The staff makes you feel like part of a family from the evaluation. Thanks for being #BestoverHills!!

Dr. Jonathan Britton is a physical therapy God living among us. I came in about two months ago because I messed up my lower back engaging in some Tom foolery. I am happy to report that I graduated today and with me I take a plan of action and a list of physical activities to continue to develop and strengthen my lower back. When I came in, I wasn’t able to bend over much less lift any kind of weight on my back and now I’m squatting and deadlifting again!The hospitality here is unparalleled and I wouldn’t have wanted to get my PT anywhere else!

Caleb was the best ! He showed me exercises to help my lower back pain. Also for preventative maintenance to keep the problem at bay. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. All the therapists work well together.Debbie

TexPTS is great!! Very cheerful and colorful and lots of options for exercises. There is nothing they don’t have or can’t do. I appreciated the evening schedules and flexible appointment scheduling a lot. It’s also not as busy as other clinics so you get more 1:1 time with your PT. In general, the entire staff is so helpful and Maggie was an excellent and very friendly PT. I will miss coming here for sure! ?

From a broken humerus to a total knee replacement, Dr. Matt Thompson, Super PT Assistant Audra Elrod, and a host of talented PT technicians were were not only my mechanics, they were my cheerleaders. One strong attribute I can lay on both Dr. Thompson and Audra is they can and do communicate In a understandable way . I always knew what was expected of me and through their evaluations I knew exactly how I was doing. I had a few health issues to work through and I couldn't have been given a better team to fix me up.

TexPTS is great! I’ve enjoyed my sessions and have been very pleased with the progress I’ve made so far. The facility is busy, but well-organized. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. The therapists are all very attentive and kind. The equipment is always well-maintained and sanitized. I’m especially pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Shout out to Audra, because she’s the literal best!

Great experience. Audra Elrod was really caring and took great care of me. Recovery from my knee replacement was quicker than I expected and can be attributed to the great care and therapy. Dr Thompson was super. Really had a great regime for me that sped my recovery. Can't say enough about the great care I received.
