Door was locked with a sticky note saying “will be back in 10 mins”. Even though there’s a sign on the door that says “door to remain unlocked during business hours”. 20 mins later they finally open the door and the girl doesn’t even try to assist us. She’s just standing there texting on her phone. When she finally wanted to help us, we found out they didn’t even carry 2.5 kids size shoes

I got the black lizard print. Web site says 100% leather but they are not. They are some kind of rubber. The shaft are small and the quality is just not there. They look pretty good from a distance. Shipping was fast and I’ll wear them and see what happens. Was only 100 bucks so all in all I’m ok with them for what I paid. Just don’t expect 300 dollar boots for a hundred dollars.

Boots feel like plastic and are very uncomfortable. If you want a pair of boots to look like a joke in then get them.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, hoping for decent products being Mexican made. One pair fit, but the insides are cheap. After 2 days wearing, there is a squeak on both boots between the glued-in insole and midsole. The other pair look well made. But the boot shaft is so damn narrow i cant even get my feet past them. When i called, i was told they dont except returns. But will do exchanges for size only, as long as the customer pays shipping. So now im stuck with cheap boots that dont fit. Money wasted, and terrible way to do business. They wont be getting any money out of me again. Lesson learned i suppose.

I really loved a pair a boots I saw through tic toc I had to have them they no longer had the color I wanted so I ordered a different color I went on the website again I found 71/2 in the color I wanted I called and the young lady on the other side made it happen I received my boots they are beautiful booties I love them well made. By the way I live in California I received them in 3 days. I will most definitely by all my boots there. Thank you Texas boot ranch.

I bought a pair of boots with a riding heel for my son last fall. The quality of these boots are great and they are reasonably priced. He rides western show & cattle cutting, he has found these to be the best out of 4 different well known brands. The only thing they lack is a lining on the inside...but they have support and cushion where you need it. So, I'm looking to buy myself some. Now if only my size was in stock?. Not sure how often they are restocked online but I'll keep checking back ? Keep up the great work TBR.
