I googled sunroof repair and I didn’t care that Jay was in another city. After reading the reviews I had to work with him and him alone.
He took great care of me and my vehicle after my sunroof shattered, even gave me the option of having him come to me so I wouldn’t have to drive the vehicle with a shattered sunroof.
He made a highly stressful situation so much easier. And the pricing is soooo much more than fair. I feel like I need the option to leave a tip!
Run to Jay (don’t walk) if you need your sunroof repaired (or whatever else you need done that he can do!!!). You’ll be so glad you did.

I contacted this company because of their ratings and I have to say the 5 stars are well deserved!!!! Honest, efficient and quality work. I saved thousands on my Range Rover sun roof repair. This guy could be charging double and would still be worth it. Thanks so very much!

Had a piece of my sunroof replaced on my 2018 F150. The guys got me right in and out. The service was professional and quick. I would highly recommend these guys. Just do yourself a favor and use these guys.

Jay makes the experience of fixing Autoglass a breeze! My sunroof had been broken and it additionally damaged the sunshade. I got quoted nearly $2,500 for just the glass at other auto body repair shops. One shop quoted over $4000!!
Jay was able to get the entire job done for just over $1000, taxes and labor included. Job was done professionally, while we waited. Everything was done in a few hours. The sunshade had arrived damaged and Jay offered to reorder and replace it, but installed the damaged one to ensure that the car was in good condition before we left. He even offered to come out to my job to get the sunshade replaced if no other option was available.
We just went back today to get the sunshade replaced and Jay got it done professionally and quickly! Amazing service and I cannot recommend Jay enough.
If you want to get fleeced by a company with worse service, worse job quality, and a higher price, you better look elsewhere because Jay is none of those things.
Thank you Jay! I hope that I never need to get my sunroof replaced again, but I know exactly where to go if it happens.

I seriously cannot recommend Jay and Texas Auto Accessories highly enough!
On a Thursday afternoon I heard a weird creaking sound when I went to close my sunroof. After that, my sunroof wouldn't open at all. When I hit the button (and despite how much I tried pushing and pulling), one of the hinges at the rear corner of the sunroof appeared to be completely seized.
After reading a ton of posts on various online forums I found out that the panoramic sunroof on my Mercedes is notoriously difficult and very expensive to repair. If I were to take it to the Mercedes dealership it would have cost me $3.8-$4.5K to fix. I was almost resigned to a life of not having a usable sunroof from here on out, but couldn't imagine dealing with that come summertime in Texas.
After a bit of searching online, I came across Texas Auto Accessories. Their many 5-star reviews led to me give them a call on the Friday evening. Jay immediately answered and was more than generous/patient with his time discussing the problems with my sunroof with me. He said that I could bring my car down to him the very next day and he would go and get the necessary parts from Mercedes in the morning (keep in mind, this would be on a SATURDAY).
I arrived at Jay's shop around noon and he immediately got to work. Despite all of the forums saying the job usually took 5+ hours, Jay completely repaired the sunroof in just a little over 3 hours! And he fixed it PERFECTLY! I watched Jay work the entire time and let me tell you, this was no easy job! He had to take out my car's entire headliner, disconnecting all of my visors, lights, etc. and he took the entire sunroof out of the car. Jay completely disassembled the sunroof rails/complex parts and replaced the broken parts with new ones. When he put everything back together it was as good as new!
I took the car for a test drive when he was done and there wasn't even a hint of wind noise coming from the sunroof. All of the seals and the sunroof operation was perfect. Not only that, he took the time/care and attention to detail to put everything back exactly as it should be (even cleaning the entire area too)!
The entire cost was a fraction of what the Mercedes dealership would have charged me. Not to mention, I was able to have the whole thing fixed the VERY NEXT DAY after I called Jay, rather than having to wait weeks for when the Mercedes dealership would've finally been able to fit me in and schedule an appointment.
And also just to say, on a personal note, Jay is a great guy. We talked the entire time he was working on my car and it was clear to me that he's a genuinely nice and honest guy - a rare thing to find amongst car mechanics these days.
I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone else, including my own friends and family. If I ever have an issue with my sunroof or car's windows in the future, I 100% wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to Jay and Texas Auto Accessories. I hope others who have sunroof issues needing repair read this and have the same awesome experience as I did, you won't regret it!

Don’t look else where besides Jay for your sunroof needs. Fixed my sunroof on my Camaro in less than a hour. Found one for less than half the cost of the stealership. Saved me a good amount of money and top quality professional installation. He’s won a customer for life. Thank you Jay.

Jay is great! I took my 2016 F-150 to the Ford dealership to have the sunroof/moonroof repaired after it stopped operating properly and wouldn’t open. One week and a $5000.00 repair quote later, I had accepted defeat. After doing some digging online, I found Jay at Texas Auto Accessories. He looked at my sunroof the same day, ordered the necessary parts, had my sunroof working better than new in no time, and all for a price 84% cheaper than the dealership!!! Jay got my panoramic sunroof working like new again on 2016 F150. Mine had a busted cable on passenger side. I ordered parts on EBay and he got them installed. Good as new!
