Just moved in a couple days ago and the AC was already broken. Maintenance man came and said “yeah half the AC’s here are broken and freezing but under warranty still so I can’t touch them” then offered one(not two) portable unit for a two bed room. The people in the front then told my dad “she can come and hangout here in the office” :,) . Not upset just very disappointed. I wish someone would have at least checked the apartment before we paid, rented a U-Haul, hired movers, annd relocated all our stuff.

This place is amazing. Me and my Significant other just moved it and when I tell you this is a very nice place. It's still very new so new we have amazing kitchen appliances and it's so quiet and tucked off. I'm big on privacy and it's great and omg so spacious!
Sara was super helpful and so resourceful and made sure to keep us updated by via email or phone to make sure we were always in the loop. I can't recommend this place enough

Prose is a nice place to live. But day before yesterday my A/C went out when I got home from work. This is the 3rd time my a/c stopped working since I moved in here in May due to the drainline. Jason is really quick and comes and fixes it every time. So, I decided to put in the work order next day since it wasn’t too hot. I call the following morning for a service request for them to look at my A/C that following morning. So yesterday 2 guys came out around 3:30 pm to look at my a/c left a note saying it was fixed. I’m an HVAC tech so I know when my a/c isn’t working. I noticed soon as I walked inside my apartment that my A/C was not fixed. 2 guys came to my apartment to put batteries in my T stat. The T stat doesn’t need batteries cause there is a common wire. They didn’t blow my drain line. They felt to see if air was coming out with their hands and left instead taking a temp reading SMH. Do better Prose. I watched them the whole time on my video camera. They didn’t even have the equipment to clear the drain line. Thankfully Jason came out to fix the issue.

I really like the apartment, but people are not picking up the poop from the dogs, very irresponsible because the condominium is nice. I think they should put cameras to be able to have control of the people who don't pick up.

Making Prose North West my new home has been one of the best choices I ever made. After researching, Prose was the best regarding, price, up to date appliances, friendly staff and community.

Discovering Prose North west has just been a wonderful positive experience. They strive to make you feel at home. From the community events to the smiles you receive from visiting the offices, these are caring people. These luxury apartments are kid friendly, pet friendly, have great amenities, and have up to date technology. I recommend moving to Prose NorthWest and shoutout to Byron Merida for helping us with our application.??

They do not lie when they say this is luxury living! The brand new Samsung appliances are amazing. The spacious one-bedroom with tons of storage made my decision to live here easy. The leasing office is also super friendly, especially Bryon. Bryon has been a great help throughout the application process.

Prose Northwest Apartments have been the best decision I've made in a long time! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making residents feel truly at home from application to lease term. The community events are fun and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere to meet neighbors and build connections.
The amenities are top-notch, including a relaxing and beautiful resort-style pool, a modern fitness center, and sand volleyball courts. For pet owners, the dog parks are a fantastic addition, and the lush landscaping throughout the property adds to the overall tranquility. Prose Northwest is a place you'll want to call home too! Highly recommended!

My close friend currently lives in Prose NW. I am on a hunt for a new apartment and decided to take a walk around the apartment and also get real feedbacks from my friend. The apartment itself looks very nice with new appliances. The apartment complex is relatively new and so not all apartments are currently available. The dog park and volleyball courts are is still under construction as well. What I noticed was that recycling and trash maintenance does not seem to be high priority here. The dumpster area is not very well maintained (picture attached). All dumpster areas look like this. The hallways have dead insects throughout and management does not seem to clean it regularly. Tenets DO NOT pick up their own dog poop. A lot of dog poop found around the lawn as I walked around. There’s a sign that says the pool closes at 10pm but people are regularly in the pool after 10pm partying. My friends apartment also looks into the pool area and people are quite loud after 10pm. Work order request response is relatively quick and that is appreciated. The complex looks nice but I’ll keep searching for now. Thanks.

Natalie, Jason, and Charles have given me a great experience working on their property. They genuinely care for their tenants and I highly recommend living here. The property is beautiful and would like to move in myself!

The apartments here are beautiful! We love all the amenities. I do wish there were more dog bag and trash stations around the community. I’ve only seen 2. Pool and community center are slightly smaller for such a large community but works for us. Only downside is we’ve seen so many bugs and a couple roaches. Not sure if that’s normal here since we’re new residents to Texas. We’ve had pest control come in but still saw some bugs, I hope another spray session will help. Prior to move-in, I also felt the staff was not as responsive to our emails. Some days it could take 2-4 business days for a reply or no response at all. One thing, we were quoted a monthly pet fee of 20/month but upon signing our contract it was actually 25/month. We did ask management to honor the 20 that we were initially quoted but that was denied. Also gets so confusing with all the portals we were sent to for application, setting up services, paying rent etc. Make sure you get all your ducks in a row else best bet is to call/drop in if you have questions.

Attended the Prose North West pool party on 06/21. I was a guest. My boyfriend is a resident there. I’m the realtor who referred him.
The party was fun. They had a dj. They catered their residents with food and drinks. Had amazing hula dancers there too. The party was a family friendly event.
I am definitely going to let clients know about this beautiful complex that take care of their residents.
