Been blessed to have really good people to work with there. They've always treated me very respectful answered my questions and helped me out. I would recommend talking to them to get the questions answered you needed. We need the small shops to stay in place so I have a place to go to. I've always tried to support the Community with the small shops they do have a batting cage.

Had a chance to visit due to being in town for sons tournament. Glad we dropped in, had some amazing prices going on in a tent sale and got some great things. Great selection and friendly staff. Enjoyed the visit.

This place is a LIFE SAVER if you have a kid playing a sport!! PHEWWWWW thank goodness... Let me tell you this place is not the closest BUT its helpful and cheaper than DICKS or ACADEMY so dont count them out! They are off the parkway and the parking is open and easy to get in and out!!! The store itself is spacious and offers A LOT of supplies for your sport needs...I needed a pair of football pants for a BIG guy and no other store had the size I needed but THANKFULLY I found them here and at a fraction of the price I paid for a girdle in DICKS... wish I would have known about this place before I TORE OUT MOST OF MY HAIR lol When I called and asked the nice lady who answered the phone for help she was quick and efficient.. She let me know they had what I needed I told her I would be RIGHT THERE!!! and quess what?? She had them waiting for me and I didnt even ask her to do that!!! Hows that for customer service!!!! I adore a great customer service rep! and she will NEVER know how much I appreciated her for the help...SO I say all this to say ...if you need some sports gear...TRY HERE FIRST...this place just might save you some much needed spending money..especially durning Christmas time!!! Thank you

Came in to exchange a bat bag that wasn’t what we needed without the receipt. Ruben made the exchange easy and was more than helpful. I’m also had some experiences with Cynthia and she was helpful as well. Keep up the great work!

Don't bother with this place. Customer service is lousy.Bought a bat at their Demo Day and paid $300 even though it wasn't immediately available and would have to be shipped from the "warehouse" and was told it should be delivered to me in about 3 days.On the 3 day mark, I called to see if I could get an update on tracking.First call: On hold for 25 minutes while they looked it up. Got tired of waiting so I called back.Second call: This time I was told that the bat was out of stock and the order had been canceled.No one ever called or emailed to tell me about the cancellation.They did not attempt to refund my money until I asked them to. This was another 25 minute call, most of it on hold.Never got to speak to a manager.Go somewhere else. There's better selection on Amazon. There's better customer service literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

Terrible place to order things from! Ordered shoes for my son paid for overnight delivery and you guessed it they didn't arrive on time team express told me it's not their fault but fed ex fault whatever happened to doing what you said you were going to do? They won't refund me my money for shipping as they say it's not their responsibility. If you can get your stuff else where unless you like paying for bad customer service

We come here for pretty much all our baseball needs but this last Sunday I was a bit disappointed. They could have lost a almost $300 dollar sale had we not really really needed a bat. My son was in search of a new bat and really wanted to try a demo out in the cage but they informed us that it was rented out and they had a hour. That’s cool and all but my recommendation is don’t rent out during busy hours or weekends or inform the renter if during business hours someone wants to try a bat they may have to step out for a bit. My son really was very undecided and we almost walked out because he wasn’t sure and couldn’t try it out. Well the bat he picked turned out he liked it, Thank God. If we had not been in a need for a bat we would have just left. The cashier who checked us out , Ruben, was very nice though.
