This place is a LIFE SAVER if you have a kid playing a sport!! PHEWWWWW thank goodness... Let me tell you this place is not the closest BUT its helpful and cheaper than DICKS or ACADEMY so dont count them out! They are off the parkway and the parking is open and easy to get in and out!!! The store itself is spacious and offers A LOT of supplies for your sport needs...I needed a pair of football pants for a BIG guy and no other store had the size I needed but THANKFULLY I found them here and at a fraction of the price I paid for a girdle in DICKS... wish I would have known about this place before I TORE OUT MOST OF MY HAIR lol When I called and asked the nice lady who answered the phone for help she was quick and efficient.. She let me know they had what I needed I told her I would be RIGHT THERE!!! and quess what?? She had them waiting for me and I didnt even ask her to do that!!! Hows that for customer service!!!! I adore a great customer service rep! and she will NEVER know how much I appreciated her for the help...SO I say all this to say ...if you need some sports gear...TRY HERE FIRST...this place just might save you some much needed spending money..especially durning Christmas time!!! Thank you

Terrible place to order things from! Ordered shoes for my son paid for overnight delivery and you guessed it they didn't arrive on time team express told me it's not their fault but fed ex fault whatever happened to doing what you said you were going to do? They won't refund me my money for shipping as they say it's not their responsibility. If you can get your stuff else where unless you like paying for bad customer service

I've purchased from Team Express/ Baseball Express dozens of times over the years. Never an issue. I wish I had checked here (or better yet) their Facebook page before I placed a recent order. There are DOZENS, more likely HUNDREDS of pissed-off customers who have left RECENT reviews that should be read. They are basically taking customers money IMMEDIATELY and then NEVER SHIP out the products. If, on the rare occasion, someone answers the phone in 'Customer Service', they lie to you and tell you that they will ship your product or refund your money, but they don't. Everyone, don't take my word for it... read the 100 or so recent Facebook Team Express reviews (or) the few recent Yelp reviews. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!! They are scamming EVERYONE!! I'm reporting them to the Texas & Missouri Attorney General's Office(s). They need to be shut down!! They were bought out a few months ago - not the same company anymore. Pure FRAUD!!

Looks like I'm going to be filing a dispute with Paypal. I ordered baseballs a week ago. They won't ship them even though they took my money. Looks like they have become a scam. I've called every single day since the order. After 20 minutes of no one answering, the system hangs up on you. I've sent multiple emails and none have been returned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I am out $100 and my team now has no baseballs.

I was at the ***** annual coaches meeting on 1/17/20 and Team Express was a vendor there. I ordered 2 batting nets form them on this day and have not received the batting nets, but they charged my credit card that very next week. I have called, only to sit on hold for 30 mins, I have emailed 2 times and only get automated replies. Today is 2/21/20 and I still have not received a human reply, shipping information or the product. I have reached out to the ***** and shared this review with them in hopes that they do not invite Team Express or ******** ******* back for their annual HS coaches meeting. At this point I just want a refund back, because if this type of service is ok for them, then they don’t need my business.

I placed an order in Dec 2019 and was provided an automated notification my order was received and processed. My orders in the past have taken between 10-15 business days. However, after 15 days my order still did not ship. In fact, when I attempted to locate my order online my order was not found. I contacted them directly afterwards with my order confirmation email and I was assured they had my order and were in the process of changing warehouses - why the delay. I contacted them last week, again, to check on my order and still have not gotten a response. I am afraid my order will not ship. There has been zero transparency on the status of our orders other than a delay. This is a terrible customer experience and I have no confidence they are who they say they are. I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Placed an order on Feb. 2nd and got email confirmation of my order. To date, Feb. 8th, I have not received that the order has shipped. I called several time only to be on hold for 30+ minutes with noone seemingly available to answer. I hung up all 5 times. I also sent an email 3 days ago and have not received a response. At this point I have no idea if I will get my order. I will be asking for a refund through my credit card and ordering elsewhere.

I purchased baseball equipment from Baseball Express in time for Christmas. After evaluating the multiple baseball mitts we ordered we kept one and returned the other within their given time frame for free returns. As of three weeks later I have called their 1-800 # multiple times and remained on hold with no one ever picking up. I have emailed with no response. It eventually hangs up the call saying "no support agents are available to take your call." This has been occurring for well over a month now. I cannot contact this company to find out about my refund and am now out the mitt I returned as well.

I ordered a bat for my son and received an email saying I would receive another email once the bat shipped. It's been 7 days and I haven't received an email and I've also called customer service multiple times only to receive NO answer. What a JOKE! People mentioned they had issues around Christmas time and that Team Express was making changes to their customer service program... looks like a big NOPE. Same old story. I'll be contacting my bank to classify this as fraud and get my money back. Losing customers left and right and apparently not caring much about it. I'll make sure nobody I know ever uses TE again.

I placed an order about 2 weeks or so before Christmas. For an Easton ghost fastpitch glove for a gift for my daughter from team Express. It said guaranteed to arrive before Christmas on the site. Well, i never recieved a shipping notification so i began trying to contact them on Christmas eve and thats when i found out the customer service department was being revamped and they'd get to my email as soon as they are able via automated response. After a month i have had to file a claim with amazon pay to be refunded. They finally did respond this week and explain that they are moving the company to another state so everything is backed up or out of stock. Yet they did not update their website and had no problems taking my money before Christmas? Allowing me to believe i had a gift on the way for my daughter. Not cool Team Express. I did get my money back because thankfully i paid via Amazon pay. But i will not be taking another chance with them in the future. Their customer service was not great, and had i paid through their site directly i might not have recieved the refund yet either.

I placed an order on 12/30, with expedited shipping (Next day for $20) - within minutes I received confirmation that the order was placed and had a PO# and Order Number. Several days passed and not a peep - no tracking number, no confirmation of shipping - nada. Called customer service to inquire to the status of my order and was placed on hold twice for longer than 20 minutes each time. First call totaling +40 minutes until an automated system said "all agents are busy. please call again" and hung up on me. Tried again, another 18 min on hold. Gave up on that call - tried again the next day. Same exact thing on the first attempt, until I tried the "team sales extension", where I spoke with a Rep who took my info and said they would "have someone contact me before COB". Three days later, I call customer service at 9:07 am since they open at 9am CST. I spoke with a rep, provided my order number and contact information - he confirms that they have not shipped my order and had no idea why. I erupted and demanded that I get a refund on my Next Day Shipping ($20) and wanted CC'd on every email to Billing/Accounting as well as their Shipping/Inventory. Still nothing - Nada - Zip Zilch. Essentially, I have made an online purchase and have an order number from a company and never received the product or services agreed to. I've contacted customer services and asked for a resolution and they have not been cooperative. This company is a fraud, unfortunately. The worst part is - they are hurting an adolescent that just wants their sports gear bc they cant honor their commitments. If they don't have the inventory - just say so --- provide me with a refund so I can purchase elsewhere.

wanted a fast pitch softball glove for my daughter for Christmas. Found the right one Noted as “in stock” on the baseball express website. Placed the order on 19 Dec with two day air option. Order confirmation stated the ship date was 19 Dec which meant a UPS two day air delivery on 21 Dec. On 22 Dec after no delivery on 21 Dec, I sent an email to the customer service department asking for a status and a tracking number on the package. I received an automated response that basically said their customer service was overwhelmed and they would try to respond within 48 hours. I waited and called customer service on 23 Dec. After a short wait of about 15 mins, a young lady answered. She stated the glove was on back order. I asked why the website said it was in stock and she stated it was a problem with the website. I told her they should have informed me that the item was in fact on back order. She agreed. I asked her to cancel my order and refund my credit card purchase within 24 hours. I also asked for an email stating they had done so. I received the email within 10 mins. The refund has not posted yet.

I used to buy all my son's baseball equipment from Team Express. I stopped due to horrible customer service. I bought a pair of under armour batting gloves and they not only ripped in less than 30 days but they did not protect my son's hands like other under armour ones in the past. I tried to return them but Team Express would not take them back right away. They delayed the return enough so now it fell past 45 days of their return policy. I contacted the BBB to put their shady practices on record. I also contacted under armour and explained the situation. I sent them the defective gloves and I was surprised to hear the gloves were not authentic. They are knock offs. This happened one time last year when I found out that Team Express had no authorization to sell Adidas bats. My son's Adidas Bat broke within a year and when I contacted Adidas, 3 different reps told me only Dicks sporting goods were authorized sellers of their bats. Adidas was convinced my bat was not authentic but still generous enough to send credit to their website to cover the defective bat. Now that is a real company who stands behind their brand. I urge you to be careful what you order from Team Express since the true authenticity of their items are questionable. Their customer service is the worst so if you ever have a problem returns are very difficult and they hassle you over them to deter you from returning it. My money is better spent at Dicks and it's just as cheap as Team Express if you use Flash sales and coupons. Avoid this company.

This is my first time ordering from this company. It was an awesome experience. I was able to get any question asked on my delivery that I needed and it was easy to track my delivery. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. And the prices are perfect.
