Came in to get something quick! I noticed all the shoes were cleaned up and the clothes were picked up. Loved coming in and the target not looking like it got ran sacked.

I've been coming to this one a lot as of lately, and everyone is so nice. It's my favorite one. Not as crowded or messy as the forum location which is my other Target. The items are always available when I come here. From the Starbucks workers, the pizza/food line, guest service area, drive up and the cashiers.. I've had good experiences!! So friendly and laidback people. I wish i knew everyone's names so i could shout them all out!!Good job!! Management please take care of your staff they are amazing! I mean every single person I've met here. I will continue to come!

Went for a simple purchase, birthday card with a gift card. The one cashier who was working was too busy chatting it up with her bestie and promptly informed me her lane was closed (it was the only lane open). Asked who I presumed to be the manager if there was anyone whom could help with the gift card since I didn't think that could be a completely self check out item. I was informed she didn't have any other lanes open - not what I asked but cool. Clearly this Target is doing very well and doesn't really need business sonO won't be going back. Only got one star because you can't give zero.

This is my favorite Target to visit. I use the curbside frequently. The store is clean but sometimes they have very long lines. Overall, the customer service is great and I enjoy shopping there.

I am usually pretty happy about order pick ups and customer service at this Target, but not today. When my drive up order was brought out, I noticed an item was missing and told the workers. They looked it up and told me that I had canceled the item, but on my app, it was not canceled and I was still charged for it. I told them this but they kept arguing with me and wouldn't even look at the receipt that showed that I was being charged for the item. I gave up arguing because they obviously were not going to listen to anything I had to say.I got in my car and immediately reported the item missing on the app and got a refund for it, no thanks to the unhelpful Target workers. So I had to fix the problem myself. The sad thing is that I didn't get the item I wanted.Sometimes you need to listen to the customer because sometimes they are right.

If I could leave a zero I would, when my sister went to go return something. The first employee was lovely and wonderful, she asked another employee a question. The second employee was talking down to us like we are children. There was no reason for her to be rude at all, we weren't giving any push back at all. We didn't even have a chance to really respond to her at all. I can understand having a bad day, but there was no need to be rude at all.

Absolutely amazing place to be. I could not stop looking at things I thought my daughter would enjoy. Better than a Walmart for clothing and toys! I really want to make target my go to shop!

overall, this target sucks. their management is not helpful whatsoever. i went in today to buy a towel rack and had to go to at least 5 different registers because none of their card readers were working. when i finally got to the last register that worked, i handed them my phone to scan my target wallet barcode since i had some money to use towards my order and they wouldn't take it because we had already scanned my app too many times trying to ring up my order. so because of THEIR machines not working i was the one that got punished and didn't get to use my rewards. the manager did nothing to help. would not recommend going to this awful target.

Popcorn has mold in it and tasted horrible. Sadly my toddler ate most of it and I ate some but I'm the one throwing up. They refused to give us a refund and if I have food poisoning I'm going in full on Karen mode while throwing up on the floors. Idc I love target but y'all gotta do better.

I don't feel the need to explain why I'm giving Target 5 stars. Its Target, everyone loves Target. Wallets might not love Target, but there's a reason why people always go there and spend so much.

I ordered some gifts online for Christmas for in store pick up. They made the pick up super fast and easy. I will definitely do that again as it was much faster and easier than waiting in line to purchase all the items.

Arrived at this Target to get wedding gifts tonite. Started off with the registry not printing due to a paper ham which I could have easily fixed if they would have let me, but they had to call a manager so I had to wait. Then I finally retrieved my items after some difficulties locating things. Then I stood in line in excess of 15 minutes. They had exactly 2 cashiers working so there are very long lines at each of those 2 stations. When I finally got to the register, I remarked that they need more cashiers and said that I can't imagine 2 cashiers is ever sufficient in their busy store. She said they are just busier because of early Black Friday sales. I then remarked that that is all the more reason to have more cashiers. It landed on deaf ears. She was polite, but could have cared less that we waited in line for 15 minutes. As a side bar, I also asked another staff member where Qtips were and she gestured her hand to the right and said, "Somewhere down there." Target, if you want people to patronize your bricks and mortar stores, there is just one key - good customer service. Otherwise, shopping on line from Amazon is much, much easier than any other option. It's convenient, painless, quick with free returns. This trip to Target tonite wasted almost an hour of my time on a Friday nite after a long work week just to get about 10 items. I will think twice before doing this again.

Every time I call, no one answers the phone. Having to go in to the store to check if something is actually in stock during this pandemic puts people in danger when they can just pick up the phone and answer ahead of time. I've tried every department with no luck and this isn't the first time!
