Person who helped me was of no help. It was just her job. I get it, but this is a craft store. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Sort of rushed out.

I stopped by this location yesterday for the first time and have to say it’s a great place! I stopped by again today! I’ll be back many times in the future! If you are near this spot and want to start learning leather craft or you are a seasoned leather craft master, then stop by you won’t be disappointed!

I being just one time with the shop but I made good experience. Everyone were very helpful and it's great place if you are into leather. Pricey, but leather is always expensive.

With friendly Staff's help, we managed to purchase the perfect width black leather straps to use as shelf "brackets!" Our project looks cool, seems VERY sturdy, and was easy to accomplish! Thanks!!

If my review was just for this store, Definitely 5 stars. I have used this store 2 times once in person 1 time on the phone. The people here are GREAT! My complaint goes to their gift cards. If you are only an instore customer the gift cards are fine. But if you are mostly online as I am, I do not recommend these gift cards. My daughter gave me a $200.00 gift card from Tandy. Was having trouble with it online so called Tandy.com, found out the only way you can use the gift cards on line they bill your credit card first then will refund your money later, bills your card immediately but does refund but you will not get you refund until after the 7 to 10 day waiting period, thus tying up your money until it clears. Also the stores don't have all .com items. (example) I wanted a 32 oz bottle of an item, hade to settle for multiple smaller bottles 4 6oz bottles (24 oz instead of 32) (higher cost). Other subs I had to make. Tandy's employees are great! Tandy company??? CEO do you really care about your customers?
