Had a Great experience at this Take 5. All the guys were super nice and helpful. I observed them working hard as a team together. My coolants were topped off, I was offered a water & was informed about the online coupons for a discount. Highly recommend this location.

I love it!! Everyone is professional and really kind. The last time I was there a costumed on his car and sprayed oil everywhere. They guys cleaned my car and apologized profusely even though it was not their fault. I was a little nervous coming back. But it’s daily priced, professional and they educate you on the process and about your car. I’m a loyal customer from now on!

Ethan was so professional and made sure that all of my fluids were at a safe level. I even asked him to put air in my tires because I was heading out of town, and I wanted to make sure I was safe on the road! Best service I received, and I will come back to this location!

The young guy at the computer was rude. He advised I was due for a coolant flush. When I told him it was already done, he said there was no record. I told him I had it done at that location. Would you look up when it was done. He said he already looked up the Carfax. There was no record. I replied that it should be. I had it done at this location. To which he said again, that it was not there. That I didn’t need to raise my voice. I told him that I wouldn’t need to raise my voice if he wasn’t being rude and raising his voice as if to call me a liar. This is the third bad experience with the company. I won’t be returning ever again at any of your locations.
