Was VERY IMPRESSED with the attendant.. I believe his name was Jaiton. Sorry if I misspelled.
He was very honest and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. Turned out I was just low on oil and DID NOT need an oil change. Any one else would have taken my money and not say a word!!! I have been there before with another car and have NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Jose was a really good technician but this place seems to have a new manager who is pretty awful. He was disrespectful had no customer Service whatsoever. Had us waiting inside for 20 minutes and never even said anything to us we had to ask if we were gonna have service and he got an attitude and basically asked us to leave if we didn’t like the wait. Luckily the service itself made up for the lack of professionalism. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t go back to this location with that manager there.

Was the only car there, but somehow it took them 45 minutes and the oil change was $100. Was an uncomfortable experience overall, the guy told me “we aren’t responsible if anything goes wrong.” He also made fun of other customers to me regarding donating to their charity. Said “ok man I get it you hate kids” regarding the other customer. He then told me since I was using a coupon I should donate the money I saved. To top it off they said they wouldn’t even fill up my tires when I asked.
Pretty rough experience and would not recommend.

The service at this location is great
Maybe $10 to high for there synthetic blend. But they offer great customer service. Again with this particular location I don't mind spending a bit more. Cody is awesome with customer service. Polite, courteous, y'all don't lose him.

I just got an oil change and my air intake hose wasn't reconnected properly which caused my car to stall out on my several times. It wasn't until I made it home that I found and fixed the issue. This could have caused an accident.

I've been going to Take 5 for years and have always been very satisfied until this visit. Guys were very rude and did not do anything but change the oil. No other items were looked, checked, topped off or filled with air. It's funny how someone gets treated after you deny buying any of their extras that are offered for purchase.

Bad experience. When I got there, I said I needed an oil change. I didn't ask to have the air filters or wipers checked and the tech added them to the invoice. When I told them I didn't need them, he said they had already been added and there was no way to remove them. That seems fishy but either way, they will force you to pay for products you don't want and didn't ask for.

They told me it would be a couple of minutes, they had me waiting in the bay for 30 to 40 minutes. Then finally somebody came to help me out they didn’t have any of the oil filters and I was unable to get an oil change. I understand that sometimes businesses run out of things but to keep me waiting for 40 minutes, just to tell me you couldn’t even do the thing I came to do. It was so annoying I will not ever be returning.
