The service with them is the worst. Wifes identity got stolen and was used to purchase 2 iphones and they didnt believe it was her. Took a year for then to resolve the issue. Then with my i finally canceled my plan and moved to verizon but tmobile still billed me two months after i left until i called and asked them why. They canceled my ohone plans but never my watch! Who in the right mind would want a plan for their phones and watches with two different carriers. If i can leave zero i can. Do not trust this company!

Just do everything online. Like another reviewer I went to the store and was confused about who actually worked there. I'm not sure what the ladies sitting in stools at desks were doing but they didn't seem to be customers and surely weren't helping people. One person ahead of me needed a new phone so I knew that rep was busy for an hour. The only other person that seemed to be an employee seemed to be just shooting the stuff with a customer and her child. I could tell it was going to be a while before I ever got any customer service so I just left.I will say, it very well may be the case that anytime employee help someone and don't up sell they get dinged, so there's that.

Me and my sister have been T-Mobile users for about 4 years, I remember when I bought my new Iphone using the stimulus check in 2020, I had also bought an apple watch as the lady assured me that she would give me a deal for them both. Months later my sister tells me that T-mobile is calling asking for the rest of the payment for the apple watch. About 4-6 months had passed with me thinking I had paid in full for the apple watch. I had to ask my sister to pay for it because I was stuck in college 3 cities away.Now its 2023, and I just had my sister running to me crying because you guys thought she was trying to commit insurance fraud trying to get a new phone because the one you sold us was faulty. Every question they asked she answered with a no, my sister isn't a child and she's not even old she's 29. She knows how to use technology. she took care of her phone. I don't know if they're racist or if their new, but you cannot offer 5$ for a replacement, and then switch it to 29.99$. Then to top it off actually list the price as 99.99$My sister told them she was actively looking for a job, when they asked how her day was. They just wanted her money and that Christmas bonus. You guys at T-Mobile make me sick and I can't wait to switch. Around christmas time too, y'all are heartless.Trust me, save your time.Skip the store and just call customer service where they'll actually hear you out. Before you get robbed like me and my sister did by the store.

I was with T-Mobile from 2013 to 2016 and they were amazing. The only reason I was forced to switch was because I got stationed in a place where T-Mobile had no service coverage. I went in last week to switch back because AT&T (who I had to switch to) no longer gives free access to HBO (MAX now) and that was honestly the only reason I was staying with them. They are way to pricey for su par performance I've been getting the last few years. The associates at the store were more than helpful going above and beyond working with me to move over. This just goes to show that the quality of service you get from T-Mobile, weather it is over the phone or in this case in person, is exceptional. The employees are very nice and they're more than willing to give you their time to help you out with help making you feel rushed or guilty about taking more than it should. If you need a store to go too, or want to switch carriers, go here!

Went to the store today to check if the screen protector I purchased from T Mobile was still under warranty. I was told by a petite female sales rep that the system to check my warranty was down for all the stores. This is without even checking my DL or getting my information. When I left I immediately contacted the store on 410/151. They said their system was running and guess what, I had my screen protector replaced 30mins after leaving the store on Potranco . The Potranco store’s customer service needs to be revamped. VERY DISAPPOINTING, CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Skip this location an go to a different store. No customer service here. Got a "hello" when I walked in. Looked around at the phones an wanted to get the S23 ultra. When I was ready I couldn't tell who worked there. Saw only 1 person in a T-Mobile shirt who was busy with a customer and two other people sitting at the tables talking on their phones so not sure if they worked there or not. Had to ask 2 other customers if they were in line an they replied "yes". Only 4 customers in the store an couldn't get anyone to offer help.

Watch out for not reading between the lines after you purchased a new phone... they tell you your phone qualifies for a $400. Buy back... deduction of $20 per month until you have received the $400 in 20 months and NO phone chargers are available for your New Samsung GS23 Ultra phones... you have to purchase your own if you want one!
