Me and my wife had an amazing experience at this store. All staff was so polite. We personally love Dustin and Ysaiana! They both help us while it was super busy and both have such great personality. I absolutely super happy we switch carriers and went to this store! Thank you yall!!

The girls workin here im sure are nice but they have zero orginization skills. Im litterally standing around when I just need a charger. Its been at least 20 mins. No acknowledgement from anyone im even here as well as other customers. Its sad. At least have a check in list or sum damn.

My husband has been having trouble with his new phone since he bought it. Brought it to the store on Marbach and they could not fix the problem so gave him a new line and new phone no. Still having problems. Every time they say they can do something for us there is always an excuse for not being able to do it. After so many months and all the stress they are switching out the phone for a refurnish one. Manager said phone be here in a week and she would text or email when phone was at store. It’s been over a week and no contact. Decided to call the store today to see if husband phone was at store. Sure enough it is but again nobody notified us. Tired of the lies.

I went to he store on Potranco and 1604 there 3 people ahead of me and only 2 associates so I decided to leave. I went to the store on Marbach had the pleasure of getting Jeremy. He was great extremely knowledgeable I will only go to this store from now on. The manager and other associates were super friendly. It was not crowded my son was happy with his new phone and Jeremy is a great sales man I walked out with a new watch at a great price!!! I recommend this store for all your needs. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 15 years and it’s because of the excellent customer service! Thanks so much guys keep up the good work ???

I wish I could pick a minus 5 star instead of one star!! Sorry for the late review. This situation happened to me last month, on August 11th around 3:30 pm at the store on Marbach.I was having issues opening up the Spectrum TV app on my Samsung phone.I walked in and all three employees were helping customers. I wasn't greeted by anyone so I stayed by the door. Finally after standing there for 3-4 minutes the young lady said, "you can wait at the table in the back." It did have a chair.Still not acknowledged by the other two gentlemen!When one of the customers left (from the male employee). He said he was going to lunch and I believe he asked the co-workers if they wanted anything, as he passes me, not saying a word and walks out the back.While waiting to be helped, I kept working with my phone to see what was causing the issue concerning the Spectrum TV app.Guess what, after waiting at the table for SO long, I figured it out myself. It had to do with permissions/restrictions from DuckDuckGo.So I walked towards the door, still not a word from the (2) employees and walked out.I've never been treated like that at a retail store. It was almost like I was invisible. So I give this store a minus 5 stars!!

Horrible customer service. This location is predatory. I went in to try and trade my s21 for an upgrade.... the representative led me on for almost 30 MINUTES trying to up sale me out of a trade in. Eventually she finally looked at my phone (it was in perfect condition)... she then said she needed a second opinion so she brought my phone to the back and came back out with a brand new scratch on the phone. It was a deep scratch as if she keyed it. I asked her why that was there when it wasn't before and she said they could no longer accept the upgrade. I know for a fact she scratched my phone on purpose so I would get a new line and keep the device I was trading in. There was zero reason for her to bring my phone out of my eyesight. I will be bringing this to the higher ups. This representative (she hid her nametag) needs to be fired and I'm debating on bringing up criminal charges for destruction of property.DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. She was in the back with the manager for a SOLID TWO MINUTES FOR SOME SECOND OPINION. Absolutely the most unhelpful staff. Even after I said no the manager who took a look at my phone for a second opinion decided to try and upsale me again.

I have been with Sprint for over 20 years. When Sprint was taken over by T Mobile I thought it would be an easy process. There is a T Mobile in Westover Hills Shopping center, and when I go in there I have no problems. I was in the mall on Marbach near HEB. I went in to the T Mobile store and it was empty and I just need my screen cover replaced and some questions about my bill. The gentleman was very rude and told me he could not help me because I was a Sprint customer and my records had not been turned over to T Mobile. I tried to explain to him I had been serviced in T Mobile before, and they even put the T Mobile SIM card in my phone. He was very very rude and just kept saying, “ You have to call 611, since you are a Sprint customer I can’t help you”. I have not been treated that rudely in quite some time. After 20 years..whatever company it is I’M OUT!!!!!!!!!!
