Worst customer service. I don’t know what else to do but write several bad reviews. I’m trying to cancel my plan and I’ve been transferred several times then hung up on. (Over 2 hrs on hold) they can’t help me because it’s a business plan. That I will be charged for a full month when the cycle started 2 days ago and they can see there has been no activity on the 4 line. Never again. Do no sign up for T-mobile business worst if it’s a 3rd party signing you up! Best thing I’ve done is to switch to Verizon!

Absolute CROOKS. On September 17 I went in and moved over to my fiancé’s family because my phones screen cracked and was completely broken. The sales woman was SO excited to make a sale on us and told us it was going to be SOOOOO easy to cancel my old phone number and account after I switch over to the family plan. What they didn’t tell me is that every time I call, I would get shutdown and told to kick rocks because I couldn’t acquire a temporary passcode which would only be sent to my old phone (the one with the broken screen) I don’t understand how hard basic customer service is. Seems like an amateur operation over there. I didn’t use the service from September to October because I had a new (That I bought from T-Mobile) so not only will that not honor it they told me that I have to pay or it gets sent to collections. So let’s count their lies1. How easy the sales woman said it would be to cancel2. They can’t cancel in store and they can’t talk to the customer care reps3. Who ever is in charge of security in the cybersecurity over a T-Mobile should be nominated for the biggest idiot and oversight award for not being able to access an account that was yours.Enjoy the FCC complaint T-Mobile!

Dwayne at the location next to the food court is great! He made my visit there really short and easy with starting a new line and providing me with all the information I needed and was happy to answer any questions I had. I appreciate his help a lot!

I came to this location after having terrible experiences at the sw military drive location. This location inside North Star mall has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had related to T-Mobile. The staff there were friendly and greeted me and helped me right away as soon as I stepped into the store. I was helped by David and I told him about my experiences at the other stores and he was very apologetic and also explained that those other locations should have helped me so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way over here. Needless to say David helped me get a new phone and activated it for me and everything about the experience was wonderful and very fast and efficient

Kevin in downstairs location was a great help and really knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this young man but excellent service, excellent advise, excellent knowledge for ppl who doesn't know tech. I feel he needs to be promoted and teach a whole store as he did with me

Worst customer service I ever received. I took my phone to this store because it had a green line on the screen. I had insurance on the phone and needed assistance in filing a claim to get my issued resolved . The phone had to be seen by a T-Mobile store in order to determine if failure was caused by owner or if the phone just failed on its own .The store clerk at T-Mobile at Northstar Mall told me I had to call T-Mobile customer service to resolve my issue . He didn’t even look at my phone.I called T-Mobile customer service 611, they apologized for what I went through, they sent me to a T-Mobile store near my Northstar Mall. The technician was very helpful and helped me file my claim and my new replacement phone will be delivered in 2 to 4 days .Why couldn’t the other store help me in the same manner.

This is directed to Upper Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with T-Mobile's recent promotional postcard, which I received in the mail. The postcard states "Everyone gets an iPhone 13 Pro On Us." However, in the fine print, it states that this offer is only available when an old phone is turned in. As a loyal T-Mobile customer for the past 22 years, who has never been late with payments and always stuck to the T-Mobile brand, I feel extremely disappointed in this marketing approach. While I understand the need for companies to incentivize customers to upgrade their devices, using deceptive advertising tactics is unacceptable. While the fine print may technically fulfill the legal requirement for disclosure, I believe that this advertising tactic is misleading at best and a bait-and-switch tactic at worst. By not using the words "trade-in" in the initial offer, T-Mobile is intentionally deceiving customers into thinking they will receive a new iPhone 13 Pro without any additional requirements. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and honesty in all of the company's advertising practices. This misleading promotional postcard has not only caused me to question the integrity of T-Mobile's marketing team but has also put into question the company's overall commitment to its customers. I strongly urge T-Mobile to reevaluate its advertising practices and ensure that all future promotions are clear, honest, and transparent. As a customer, I deserve to know exactly what I am getting and what is required of me in order to receive any promotional offers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that T-Mobile will take this feedback seriously and work to improve its advertising practices moving forward. Considering I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for the past 22 years, who has never been late with payments and always stuck to the T-Mobile brand, this is extremely disappointing and motivates me to reconsider my choices, and begin shopping around for a better carrier. Extremely friendly service from the staff present at this location. Even simple little matters that don’t involve a sale will still be welcomed by the staff. It was awesome getting helped out by Dakota at this location and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my next purchase.
