They sat around when they could have stayed 3 min after 6pm since they sat around for 20nmin when I got off the phone and left they were still kicking it all I wanted was to replace my sim thanks for nothing

Worst customer service. I don’t know what else to do but write several bad reviews. I’m trying to cancel my plan and I’ve been transferred several times then hung up on. (Over 2 hrs on hold) they can’t help me because it’s a business plan. That I will be charged for a full month when the cycle started 2 days ago and they can see there has been no activity on the 4 line. Never again. Do no sign up for T-mobile business worst if it’s a 3rd party signing you up! Best thing I’ve done is to switch to Verizon!

Been a customer of over 17 1/2 years when the staff resorts to lies to make a sell that's pretty sad and the manager is too busy on phone calls to even speak to you T-Mobile has lost it customer service it's to busy trying to see how much money it can get out of the customer it seems like it changes it's so call policy to avoid doing the right thing .

Always a very very long wait. Now if you pay at location.. they add additional $5.00!! Ridiculous in my opinion. Searching now for new carrier definitely. Also, new trainees are more important than those waiting in lobby. ? ? ?

What a freak show. Went there on a Sunday to buy a phone. The husky Hispanic girl was more focused on picking at her blemishes than helping the customers. The manager was playing with her papers in her self-centered little world. Rude nasty disinterested almost cruel. No social skills whatsoever. She was a beast. Neither of these two have any business dealing with the public. They act like cashiers wanting to check you out and get rid of youYou cannot train people to care .Promptly went to another store. Came back several days later, the lovely little lady from New York was kind and helpful as we're the other staff members. Night and day. Owners need to get on the ball and clean house while they still have customers .

This tmobile is a joke! They refuse to follow tmobile policies and definitely don't know what customer service is. They won't even listen to their own company tell them something lol. They are stuck up and think they are needed. I can't wait till they close all the stores and you can just handle everything on the website. This really makes me want to change cell companies. Hope they close this store next and all the workers have to go back to their fast food jobs!

Zero stars. Deceptive rep apparently signed me up for a protection plan I didn't want, or even know I was signing up for. In addition, the "$100" trade-in ad for my old phone is deceptive; relies on some long term credit scheme and apparently I can't get credit if I pay off my phone, but the rep I called couldn't clarify for me and the one I called yesterday, had no clue. Disgusting. Looking for an alternative cell company.
