I called to ask if they had veal. The girl who answered the phone said "I think you have the ring number" and hung up on me. When I called back to ask again she said, "no is there anything else?" with a very ghetto attitude. I have no idea as to the quality of their meat as their customer service is crap so I won't ever know.

Fantastic service. Whole foods took my order for 4 lbs of course grind beef chuck three days ago, I call, they dont have my order and the ground beef there is from the tube. I called SMP, they took my order and allowed me to pick up same day. Their ground beef comes from one cow and not a thousand! The price was only $18 for 4lbs whereas whole foods would've been close to $28.
