Amazing customer service; Siew and Nicky are some of the most cheerful and patient receptionists I've ever met! They're quick to lend a hand and provide great sizing advice whenever I'd like to try out different coats. Siew even offered to help take pictures from my phone at various angles to help me decide on my order. Seeing them honestly makes my day and I hope everyone feels the same way after coming :)

I ordered two scrub tops and one pair of pants on their website since my job wanted me to order through Sunshine Uniforms. I ordered everything in XS and all items were too large. The quality is very cheap, almost like a vinyl, and they are terrible in responding to emails and inquiries. It has been two days and I have not received a response to my email. I wanted to return my items and it said that all items I ordered were final sale, so I am unable to return anything. Maybe the two tops I understand since I had to get them embroidered, but the pants I should be able to return. I do not understand why I am unable to return any of the items and even in their return policy, although it does say final sale items cannot be returned, it does say anything that does not have a name embroidered can be returned, and that includes items with logos.TLDR: do not buy from this company. buy on amazon or somewhere else. the quality is not worth the price and the company is not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I just had a wonderful experience at this store! Immediately I was given the option to browse on my own or “get fitted”. I took the latter option because I was in a bit of a hurry, and I was hoping to be done with uniform shopping quickly. I had a great experience with the woman who helped me. She took me to each brand and told me the pros and cons of each, and asked what style I would want of the top and bottom. Once I finished choosing, I took the garments to the changing room and tried them on.When it came to check out, she was very transparent with the prices (and the prices were listed on the garment’s tags) and even gave a 15% discount since I was getting them embroidered with an affiliated company. You do sign a waiver that says that all sales are final, but she went through each item with me making sure of my selections with the sizes and colors or each before I signed.Overall great experience, store was super organized, and staff was extremely friendly!-Laura

The best uniform store in San Antonio and Houston!!! Sue provides greatest customer services and experiences to my wife and I. She knows the quality of her products, proper size and style that will fit us the best, and offer great discount even before we actually start working for her support businesses/companies. All she asks is you bring the badge next time when returning to her store so they can have proper information of your profile. Everyone at work love our scrubs and alway ask for the address. This business is the BEST of the best!!!

After paying, I noticed a small sign on the side of the register “no returns or exchanges”. And that store is so dimly lite that I could barely see anything. Good thing I didn’t buy the shoes that I wanted simply because I just thought they were kinda pricey. This is one store that I’m not going back to.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The workers are always so happy, and even happier to help. They have a lot of scrubs, and they’re really quick when you do have to order something.

Completely agree with the other one star reviews. “Scam” was the first word that came to mind after my experience here. Why? No prices on any of the items, so you won’t know how much anything costs until you go to the front counter. I can confirm prices here are marked up 25% higher than other retailers. ALSO - all sales are FINAL (so, ya know, BUYER BEWARE.)CONS: no transparent pricing, NO returnsPlease PLEASE do yourself a favor. Avoid this store. SAVE your money. Unless you’re wiping your back side with $20 bills and burning money for the pure enjoyment of pyrotechnics, I strongly suggest you go a block down the street to the wonderful Scrubs and Beyond. Scrubs and Beyond carries the same brands, has a great selection, friendly staff, and it’s CHEAPER. And, is easier to return or exchange if needed.
