Sunn Carpet is an outstanding business-great selection of carpets at varying prices. Katie Steinfour is a gift to the business. She is knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful sense of color and texture. Installers are equally as talented.I highly recommend Sunn Carpet-the best!

This is the third time I've used Sunn Carpets and Interiors and I'll continue to use them in the future. Great customer service, great installers and great people. The store had plenty of carpet choices and the installation process went as advertised. Plenty of communication before, during and after the installation.

Sunn Carpets gets my vote as being one of the best flooring resources. I bought carpet from Stacy and she held it for me during construction. Once we were ready for installation they were ready to go. The installers did an amazing job. It's really perfect. I could not be more happy with the job they did.Thank you so much and I would highly recommend you and your services to anyone looking for flooring.

I got my floors installed roughly a year ago to me posting this review. I wanted to wait for a while to see how (over time) the quality of the install, customer service and overall experience will be.I am very pleased with Sunn Carpets & Interiors. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly making the overall buying experience to be excellent.At no fault to Sunn some warranty work needed to be done. It WAS NOT, a small repair job. To fix the small issue the LVP began to exhibit turned into Sunn having to COMPLETELY remove and install brand new LVP in a large room. This took them roughly 8-9 hours. Robert & Alfred moved all my furniture, and replaced it with great care. The repair was done extremely well. This was all covered by their warranty. This experience i had with Sunn has been the determining factor on who i will use when/if i get additional floor work needed. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I had just purchased a new home, and we needed some guidance on what type of carpet could support our family, and a new puppy we planned on adopting. Sunn Carpets was recommended online, and I am so grateful! We walked in and received a warm welcome from Jim, the owner, who knew carpet inside and out! He was so professional, kind, and he took the time to show us all kinds of brands, styles, carpet padding, and pros and cons of each. He introduced us to Rodney, who was also very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took extra time and care to ensure we would be thrilled with our new carpet, and boy, we are! Obviously, I highly recommend Sunn Carpets for not only carpet, but for all your flooring needs, because you will not be disappointed.

We have received multiple requests to write a review, and haven’t done so because I prefer not to leave negative reviews. Our experience was two years ago now.The positive is that we ordered our flooring through Sunn carpets and it is beautiful. It’s Shaw vinyl plank flooring that we put through our whole house, and it is holding up well. We are very happy with the outcome of the flooring project overall.The less positive is that it was hard to get help in the store because once a salesperson helps you the first time you stop in, you are considered “their” client… and if you stop in to the showroom another time and your salesperson is not there, it’s hard to make progress with information to help with your decision and purchase. Other salespeople are hesitant to help you and say your sales person will give you a call… but then we wouldn’t receive a call and had to reach out again.Our salesperson came out to measure the floors, and, based on that, recommended we purchase an amount of flooring that was larger than others who had given us estimates. It turned out to be way over the amount we needed, and needing to load all the weight(!!) of the packages into our vehicle for the return and then follow-up to get our money back was a hassle.Lastly, we are still waiting on a T piece to finish off a doorway. We called and waited… and gave up.This company did not install our flooring- we only ordered it through them. It was a good price compared to others, but our experience makes it hard to recommend them.

The service is exceptional! Jim found a totally unique hand scrapped, barn wood floor for us. Beyond beautiful! He can also have rugs made from ANY size or shape carpet remnant. Absolute genius for odd sized rooms. Thanks to Jim and the whole staff I get tons of compliments on my flooring and carpets. 5 stars for sure! Thanks y’all!
