My daughter has been attending Summerlin since the beginning of summer and has loved every day there. The teachers and staff have been very patient and loving. I feel safe bring my daughter here knowing she is well loved and cared for. I highly recommend sending your little ones here as they will treat your kiddos as one of their own!

My oldest son started attending the Summerlin over the summertime and we love this daycare! I had recently moved him from a larger, more well known daycare in the area, and he has done so much better here. He loves his teachers and the Summerlin staff. I see a lot of progress in his vocabulary and knowledge in general after just a few months. His younger brother is starting next week! I would recommend this childcare facility to any parent. I feel that my children are safe here, given attention, and are actively learning.

My toddler has been enrolled at Summerlin for the past 3 years and she has blossomed under the instruction of Ms. Erika and every other teacher that she's been with. The curriculum they implement is showing my toddler the structure that will be followed once she goes into Kinder. Ms. Ludy has always been extremely friendly and kind during morning drop off. The playground is a place my toddler fully enjoys and on most days she'll be upset that we picked her up because she wants to continue playing. My toddler also always talks about how much she loves the braids or hairstyles Ms. Dominique does on her long hair. When in came to any accidents or illness, I received a prompt phone call from staff alerting me of what was going on. What I most enjoyed was when my toddler was an infant, they would provide a daily gram that consisted of what my toddler did that day. I plan on doing school after care once my toddler is enrolled in elementary as Summerlin works with a few elementary schools and picks them up after school. Overall, I recommend this daycare.

I have 2 kids here they have been there about 6 months . My infant has Down syndrome and I was so worried about finding a daycare whe I toured here she made me feel comfortable and was not afraid to take on my infant . I told her as long as we communicate as a team we got this and what a relief that was for me to be able to work and now my baby was being cared for and I didn’t have to call every hour and check on them . They have communicated with me in any and every thing and we have worked as a team and I love it . I do wish a certain teacher was still there (wink wink )because she loved and cared for my infant very much . But no complaints here ….we love it here .

This daycare should be closed, a director with much SASS. And horrible communication with parents about children.. I enrolled my daughter and within 2 week span she got scratched up more than 3 times and a horrible rash… last scratch she got was SO bad from another kid… the thing is no one communicated until when I PICK THEM UP … who wants to pick up their children and find them with scratches .. the following day I speak to a teacher there MS JAYLIN telling her I want communication on what happens to my child and she says she “write everything down, if children come in with marks” okay cool well that same day MY KID DID NOT HAVE SCRATCHES ON HER NOSE… MS JAYLIN THE LIAR WHO SHOULD BE FIRED LIED ON MY CHILD SAYING SHE CAME IN WITH IT AND WROTE IT DOWN ON HER LITTLE PAPER… meanwhile I have proof of her not coming that way because I JUST took photos of her face from the scratch she had the day before (the reason for that one is because my daughter was sitting where another child wanted to and that other child scratched up my daughter because of that??? Like what??? So you guys are telling me you watched the whole thing go down and didn’t stop it from happening only after my child got injured ???So many red flags, don’t take your children here unless you want a un communicating and lying teachers … they will be reported by me!!!

Wonderful establishment and amazing staff. My daughter started here at the age of 2 and I never had any issues. She is now 8 and continues here with the after school care. Her teachers are amazing and the director is always on top of communication with the parents. I strongly recommend this establishment for child care.

I absolutely recommend. I originally chose Summerlin because of their great outdoor space, they do gardening in spring, and their place seemed homey and convenient in location. It ended up exceeding my expectations. My son stayed there from 3-5 years old. He loved his teacher, Ms. Ericka, was happy to go to daycare, and made so many friends that he hopes to stay in touch with. The most exceptional part is how prepared he was for Kinder. He adjusted to the change really well and has tested in the 99th percentile in terms of academic development. He is doing astoundingly well in all subjects and I credit so much of that to his teacher. She did a fantastic job preparing him. I definitely recommend this daycare.

My youngest daughter has been going to Summerlin for 2 years now and started when she was about 12 weeks old. She loves it and her teachers so it definitely puts my mind at ease leaving my child in their care daily. Not to mention they do arts and crafts with her and starting her off with potty training. My oldest went to Summerlin for about a year and is now in elementary, loved it as well. All around great staff & teachers.

Our child started a Summerlin when he was 3 months old. He just finished his 5th year there. I would recommend this day school to anyone with a child 5 and under. The staff is caring and nurturing. They follow a curriculum for the different age groups so they are preparing the children for their next level. The facilities are clean and always well kept. The play area is large and safe with lots of activities. Meals are always made fresh daily. Even during the COVID pandemic they managed to do an excellent job of keeping their doors open and continuing a sense of normalcy for the kids. They did an great job of following all protocols and had very few cases of covid among the students or staff. We know our child is prepared to move on the bigger things, but we also know he has made some great memories at Summerlin. Thank you for taking such good care of our son.

My son was enrolled at this daycare for 2 years and we never had any issues. From his first day, the staff knew how to make him comfortable and even helped us during his potty training stage. He made great connections with his teachers and friends, and I'm very glad to have enrolled him here. They do their best to create a learning environment and incorporate traditional school activities which really made it feel like a school instead of a simple daycare.I also really appreciated how Veronica and her staff made me feel comfortable from the start; quickly learning my name and my child. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for child care.

I had both my children at Summerlin; before, during, and after Covid. The care they were provided throughout was exceptional. My kids are in elementary now but still express their fondness for Summerlin and their staff. I recommend to anyone looking for great care 10/10.

My oldest kids started here before COVID & attended up until this school year started, however, now they go to an elementary school in a different district but since I never had issues with my older kids I decided to enroll my then 8 Month old in the summer She’s 11 Months now and My experience with MY BABY was a WHOLE OTHER STORY! I would pick her up and have to ask them why it’s boogers running down to her mouth or tell them she needs a diaper change, the last straw was an injury to her finger we found out upon pick up about ! The director mentioned maybe she was bitten by an older kid but didn’t give me an answer and the teacher for the baby class( a young girl) had an attitude like we were wasting her time even asking her. It was a big eye opener I drop my child off to this person to care for my child EVERY DAY & she could care less about My child being injured. She wasn’t concerned 1 Bit. Another thing, Other daycares allow parents in they don’t even let you in so you have no idea what’s really going on. The day before she was transferred they asked us for diapers we brung enough diapers for The next Day which would be her last day. I picked her up on her last day and was given about 25 diapers! I wouldn’t recommend bringing your babies here! Older kids who can talk maybe but babies NO. The young girl also had an attitude after my child was injured every time I saw her AS A PARENT that’s unacceptable I felt uncomfortable leaving my child there. I honestly believe they’re using COVID as a way to keep parents out I toured many other daycares after the incident where parents could enter.

The comprehensive educational program at Summerlin Childcare and Learning Center taught to my child has increased his spark for curiosity. The Frog Street Curriculum offered here has guided my child toward his holistic development. I'm very thankful for this great opportunity which has been provided in time. My child is enjoying his daily training and gatherings along with the extracurricular activities that teach him the lesson of team spirit and collective work. The teachers here do a great job in terms of both security and accountability towards the child. The staff at Summerlin is helpful and provides space for the child to understand the general regulations and grow.

This place is heaven sent! We had a horrible experience with daycare in Boerne before we moved to San Antonio. Summerlin is a great place for your children to learn and thrive. I have two girls who have been there for just about one year and both have progressed so much in such a short time. Don’t hesitate one bit if you’re wary of the daycare scene. You won’t be disappointed.
