Ooohhhh Laaaah Laaaah! I have the most beautiful diamond earrings from Stone Oak Jewelers. They will even change the backs for you so you cannot lose an earring from your ear. This was a game-changer so we purchased the earrings. It's nice to be able to customize and find beautiful jewelry without the huge price tag!

I am so happy I went to Stone Oak Jewelers! Richard took excellent care of me from day 1. At first I designed my wedding band set with CustomMade, but I couldn’t commit to buying without seeing it in person first. I took my design render from CustomMade to Richard, and he actually improved the ring design; for example, he recommended using platinum over white gold and he designs his rings in such a way that the center stone doesn’t become off-center while wearing. His team made a new rendering as well as a 3D wearable model of the rings— I found this incredibly helpful. After a small tweak or two, we finalized the design and I couldn’t be happier! The entire process from start to finish only took about 2.5 weeks. It was an easy and stress-free process. Oh, and the total cost was about 1k less than what CustomMade quoted me!All in all I highly recommend Stone Oak Jewelers and would veryhappily work with them again. Thanks Richard!

Kelli and the team made the entire process a dream come true, for my Fiancé and I.We hadn’t discussed rings, so I had to trust the Stone Oak team to help me design and create the most important gift of my life.They listened, provided suggestions, and worked with me at every step, aaaaand SHE LOVED IT!We just came back in and got it re-sized, and we’ll be back for our wedding bands!

Had a ring resized, ordered our engagement and wedding ring through them and had them make a custom band. Richard was amazing, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely recommend them for custom work.

I don't normally write reviews but when I do its for Stone Oak Jewelers.I have a real gucci Tissot watch that the pin kept falling out of the band and I could not replace. I bought the watch from another store in the RIM but Stone Oak Jewelers is closer to the house. They kindly offered to replace the pin/screw with the proper size and it was fixed permanently! When it came time to pay they refused to charge me. I even offered to give the repair specialist a $20 bill for "lunch" or a "tip" and he kindly refused. These are really great people. Locally owned family business.And I have purchased jewelry from them before and the quality and customer service has always been fantastic.Save the trip to the RIM and go visit Stone Oak Jewelers.Steve
