Dr Ramirez is one of the finest humans you will ever meet. He knows his doctor stuff and cares exquisitely for the patent before him. He treats the patent holistically by learning about their life and imparting wisdom, but he does this in a subtle way, by telling stories. Quaint stories which have nudged me to choose better and think happier. His nurse is also wise and kind. His staff is caring, efficient, and best of all. . . wait for it. . .available when you call! No phone tree to navigate then end in a voice mail! You are lucky if you get to be a patent in this beautiful clinic.

Dr. Ramirez, Callie, and Tracy are all the best of the best. Everyone in this office is top level professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ramirez goes above and beyond ALL the time. When I say that Dr.Ramirez saved my life that is not understatement. I wish that all doctors and their offices could run as well and be as wonderful as this office.

Awesome doctor but the office staff sucks! When you are sick it's ridiculous trying to be seen immediately! They never have appointments readily available!If you're needing prescriptions called in forget it! You have to seen and it can take up to two weeks to get in!

Was with Dr. R for about 3 years. Seems like all they wanted to do was churn appointments to bill our insurance. Anytime we actually were sick and needed an appointment it would be days or weeks before we could get in. This would force us to the urgent care just to get a script for strep or the flu. What is the point of having a primary care if you can’t ever get in to see them when you need to.

Dr. Ramirez has always taken very good care of me and explains everything he sees, what he recommends, and why. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Dr Ramirez is a very caring Dr that actually takes time with you. Wait time is no longer then 30 minutes before being put in a room. That is amazing other places you wait 2 hours before being put in a room. His family oriented. The nurse is very caring.

I will Give Dr Ramirez a 5 Star without a doubt.. Front end staff a 4 and 1 particular Nurse ZERO Stars. The Nurse is rude, makes smart remarks and actually made my son feel as if he wasn't imortant. This was his first visit ever visiting a Dr as an adult without a parent. Needless to say, he did not want to return back. Bedside manners means alot to Me. I am also a Nurse and I treat my patients like I want to be treated,with respect amd dignity. As Someone mentioned in a previous comment. I have tried to make a SICK appointment I am always referred to Urgentcare which is way more than an office visit. This has been on about 3 occasions. I recently, about 3 days ago reached out to make a SICK appointment for my son and yet again, was referred to urgent care and was told the rest of the week was booked, therefore no appointments were available until next week. It's sad that my son and I will be looking for another Family Physician.

Dr. Steven Ramirez and his staff are always willing to help! He goes out of his way to see that your needs are taken care of. If they were 10 stars I would definitely give it to him. Thank you and your staff for all that you do!
