Hi, do not go to this store. Just Maps Apps another one. The Manager is not a Professional so therefore his Employees cannot be. I don't name names but.....he should quit out of Shame/Incompetence. Just go to a different store for your business. It's a Corporation after all.. yes thank you I will email you

Why ask for a name and tell someone to wait to be called then never call them. I sat patiently and watched as three walk-ins get served immediately upon arrival. They wasted my time which we never get back. Go to a different location.

Just a bunch of lazy women working here! My pregnant wife waiting to seen. While two employees just setting there laughing doing absolutely nothing. Even after another employee asked them to help her they just ignored him and continued their little inside joking. They really need to close this store seeing as there's another one in Ingram Mall.

Service is fine but how do you not have a bathroom for customers? We spent over $2500 and couldn't use the bathroom? You can do better T-mobile.

Was there to get a new watch. Amanda offered to place the old watch band on my newly purchased watch and broke the spring-loaded slide clip that holds the band to the face/frame. I was fine with it until she said...."Why didn't you say it was already broken? " . I said, "How could it have been broken if it was secured to the watch?" No response. Other than that, it was a delightful visit. Amanda was very helpful and friendly. She also saved me a ton of money.

I absolutely love this location! Since upgrading my phone, they have been there for me. No matter the issue. Professional, knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, and above all they treat you like an individual not an issue. I highly recommend this location for all of your mobile and home internet needs. I've been a satisfied customer for many years. IF I ever have an issue it's resolved. Amazing customer care.

Really bad customer service. Got looked in the eyes and didn’t get greeted but an older couple and an older lady walks in after me and gets greeted and names taken down right away. Do not recommend coming to this location due to lack of customer service

Here for 2 hours waiting for help. The rep that started to help me when I first arriv3d wales off randomly and never came back. The other 4 reps here working completely dismissed me and continued to help people coming in an hr after me. Very poor customer service.

I came in with a defective gateway after online support messed up the delivery on my replacement. Lauren was awesome, she figured out the issue, handled the return and sent me home with a tested, working gateway. A+ ?

Excellent Customer Service here! I just left the 6075 Northwest 410 location of T-mobile. I was greeted and signed in by a Rep. named Alex. He also turned out to be the Rep who assisted me in setting up my new Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. He was courteous, very professional and very patient. I was concerned when I found out that the Ingram Mall store is now closed. Yet, I am happy to find that they are now located just up the hill. A small wait yet worth the time spent. Thanks Alex! And thanks T-mobile for having Number One Customer Service.
