Terrible customer service and experience from the manager John. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Went to trade-in my phone and he said I couldn’t do it and that I needed to trade it to the original store I purchased it which isn’t close by. I called the original store and they offered to walk John through this process. He spoke to their manager and told them he would do the trade. Then said he wouldn’t do it once they got off the phone because of the 1% chance the system wouldn’t allow him, so he wouldn’t try. The manager at the original location already verified the process would work for my account. Unprofessional reps who do not want to assist customers if they didn’t get credit for the sale. Stay far away from this location. I will be reporting it to T-Mobile corporate.

This T-Mobile is literally the only store I go to! Since day one, John Hawkingberry has taken care of my family and I for years and I HIGHLY recommend you go see him!

This is the second time I've been to this store in less than a month apart and have been blown away by the retail manager James' professionalism! He definitely gets what you want plus some, thank you so much for all the help today and with my prior visit! For sure if you have issues go see this store! They will take care of you!

Representative stated they were not able to add a 4G phone to a free line because we were required to purchase a 5G phone. She presented this statement without obtaining any phone information. False information and tried to cheat a well-established customer.

I stopped by this store on Thursday, 3/24/2022. There were three young ladies behind the counter who were as helpful as possible and they went out of their way to assist my mother with her cell phone.

Worst service. My son n law left to trade in my phone. He let them know that he will be right back. It was only 730pm. He came for my phone. I work at Macy's. When he went back. They had already brought their gates down. It was only 745 pm. That is the worst guest service.

LOVE THIS T-MOBILE spot. They are always so helpful, nice and caring towards there customers. Even when there’s an issue they will try everything in there power to help u with ur situation. Would recommend this spot 10/10 for sure
