Horrible customer service. Went into see what I can do about my daughters phone since it didn't want to work and once we entered the store one of the workers approached us and did a hard reset and gave us a phone number for a insurance claim. He didn’t bother asking to see if we wanted to upgrade since we are eligible nor did he give us options.

Worst customer service, we broke our phone display to the point that we cant use it and we went to do a claim in the insurance to get it fix, the "representative" in the store just sent us to do the claim online.. like, then why are you working there?! (monday 11, 2023 at 11:25am)

Worst customer service. I don’t know what else to do but write several bad reviews. I’m trying to cancel my plan and I’ve been transferred several times then hung up on. (Over 2 hrs on hold) they can’t help me because it’s a business plan. That I will be charged for a full month when the cycle started 2 days ago and they can see there has been no activity on the 4 line. Never again. Do no sign up for T-mobile business worst if it’s a 3rd party signing you up! Best thing I’ve done is to switch to Verizon!If someone from corp can reach out so I can cancel this would really appreciate it

Alexandria was amazing! It's rare to see great customer service like this. She listened to my issue with my phone, understood how important this was to me, and was able to resolve my issue. 10/10 would recommend to have her help again.

T-Mobile service is horrible and they do. It support their customers, first responders or not.They said that they sent me messages that my account will be canceled due to extreme roaming, which is not true because I’ve been in their network and roaming on others sometimes, which is perfectly ok according to their policy, but now they’re saying that it’s against their policy.They just canceled my account without proving that I had more than 50 percent roaming.Their way of getting rid of customers.They say that they cover 99% of Americans yet that is a lie.Going to the media with my case.

Went here to upgrade my phone but then left deciding to wait until Apple unveils the newest one. We arrived at Noon on a Sunday before Labor Day and at first the vibe from the guy who came from the back with an ipad to finally greet us meant trouble. He seemed really tired or maybe hungover, plus he had a mask on. Anyway, he turned out to be attentive, informative, and helpful. We left the store with alot of good information that helped us unlock additional savings. We also appreciated his advice and insight about upgrading a phone prematurely. I have to be honest guys and tell you TMobile has been flawless for going on two years with them except the home wireless which sucked. Mobile phone service has been one hundred and bennies like Free Netflix and Terrific Tuesdays are great. I even got a year of my AAA paid for by TMobile. Great job at The Quarry location TMobile!

Visited the Sprint Store at the Quarry after being round and round with customer care. I was greeted by one of the Assistants Managers, Ronnie. She explained everything in much detail. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The Forum is usually the store we visit. Ronnie and Amards explained my billing. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Getting a new phone is like getting a tooth pulled without drugs or gas. Both can really be horrid experiences. T-Mobile, THIS T-Mobile, changed my mind. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and told they would be with as soon as possible. Shortly after, someone came over to sign us in to the wait list. Joe was supper helpful explaining things to me and i decided to switch carriers. I had to leave and come back and Joe picked up where we left off. All in all a great experience. So far so excellent on service. 100% better on pricing (half of what I was paying) and data (more than I will ever need). Looking forward to a long successful arrangement!
