I love this place, always great information and knowledgeable about every card for sale. They know it all. Hobby boxes are so much better than retail boxes. They have packaged cards for the kids, stacks of 30 for $2.99 so you can take them and have something too. Great sales and honest about the market

By far the best card shop around. My son and I came from Austin tx. This was our second time coming. Charlie was so nice and had some good deals for us. Prices are fair and had many discounts. Love this spot

Came and bought two Wemby cards. As I was leaving and walking to my car an employee chased me down and accused me of stealing. I had to walk back inside their little shop to prove to them I purchased the cards. I was stereotyped the moment I walked in the door. Don’t spend your money here.
Reply to owners response:
Your “grandson” was the only employee who looked somewhat Hispanic. Thank you for the family background story but it doesn’t save me from the public humiliation I faced inside your store from being FALSELY accused. Which can be very concerning for a business, legally.
You mentioned you have thousands of dollars worth of theft each month. Perhaps you should properly train your employees, and upgrade your security cameras. Possibly even move to a better location in town with a lower crime rate.

The store seemed to have plenty of wax and the prices seemed about right. The singles are very hard to sort through, high priced, and it doesn’t seem like the employees have a ton of knowledge about them. I’ll write my personal experience down below if interested. If you’re coming for a box, it’s fine. I wouldn’t come here to negotiate or buy singles.
I was specifically looking for a 1969-70 Topps Oscar Robertson. Props to them for even having one. They had it listed for $100. I saw on eBay they were about $30 raw (multiple recent sales). PSA 5/SGC 5 going for around $65. The card was in okay shape. Rough corners. What you’d expect from a raw vintage card. I asked the owner if he would match eBay prices at $30. He explained to me that price varies based on condition and asked me what I’d grade it (in an effort to prove his value on it, I guess?). I told him I’m not a grader and hadn’t removed it from the toploader to check for any surface issues but that I had just submitted a 1961 Oscar that looked similar and it came back an SGC 2. He immediately got offended and told me no way it was a 2 and that he had graded thousands of cards. I told him I wasn’t saying his card was a 2. I just said it had rough corners and seemed to be a typical raw condition similar to another vintage basketball guard I recently bought and graded. He then said, “you don’t really want this card.” Kind of shocked me how he would get so sensitive. He never countered with price, never gave me an explanation of why it was priced at $100, nor took the time to research any recent sold listings. It’s his card to sell. I’m fine if he just wants to be priced high and feels the market is undervaluing it. But to get offended and tell me I just don’t want the card when I’m offering a fair market offer is wild. I wouldn’t come back to this store. There are better shops around town you can buy from.

My son just got into the hobby and I have been out of it for over 20 years, but everyone at the store was super inviting and friendly. We will definitely be back. They had a great selection and the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband is a regular customer and enjoys this shop. I’ve been on a few occasions to purchase cards for my husband as well, and the staff is courteous and helpful. I have also experienced helpful customers in this shop as well, which is kinda neat!
