I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service my son, Ahaan Parihar (8 years old), and I received today at this location. We have been loyal customers for the past four years, but today's experience was extremely upsetting.
We were assigned to a stylist named Erica (Amore). From the start, her demeanor was rude. When I politely tried to explain my concerns regarding my son's haircut, she dismissively responded by generalizing that "all kids show bad attitudes." Throughout the haircut, she was rough and my son even complained that she was using excessive force.
To make matters worse, when we reached the checkout counter, Erica attempted to adjust my son's pants without seeking my permission—something that made both of us uncomfortable. As we were leaving, she also insinuated that she needed to verify if I had really paid, which I found unprofessional and humiliating.
This experience was far from what I have come to expect from Sports Clips, and I hope that such behavior does not reflect your usual standards. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other parent and child have to endure such treatment.

These employees take their sweet time with taking the next person my wait time is as a hour waited damn near 45 mins and boom my wait time is back to 55 mins this place is a joke. They moved like kids who just got out of bed. Thats fine and all but when you take 10 mins in between people. By far the worst. I’m glad I took off. I would had felt stupid giving money to this place.

I cannot give this Sports Clips enough stars. My son is autistic and had really tangled up hos long hair pretty bad. I was worried they wouldn't take him or even give us terrible attitude about it. Not the case at all! They took him in and took so much care amd time with him. I'm in awe of how much they took the time to care for him amd help hm!! His hair also came out looking GREAT!!! Much love and kudos to Jylon who is just a huge blessing to us today.

I don't visit this location often because of my bad experiences there. I went in and asked for a low to medium fade. I get my hair cut once a week, so I was requesting a trim. The stylist had clippers on top of my head and did a terrible fade. She does not have much experience, and this seems to be the type of employee who works there. I attempted to get a refund, but the supervisor became upset and ended my call. I also tried to call customer service but did not receive a callback, even though the message stated I would have a call returned within 24 hours. I still would like my refund, and I will never recommend this location to anyone.
