what we got VS what we asked for. this is insane. Took my little brother in for a back to school haircut on 08/06/2024 around 7:15.
being fair we did come an hour before they closed but I made sure to call before going to make sure this was OK. I did leave a tip. The only thing we wanted different from the picture was to keep his length on the top. They barely cut anything off the sides and I had to pay $30 total for THIS. please look at the pictures before you bring your kid or yourself. after finishing the haircut they called their coworker over to laugh at my brother.

Maria is the WORST. Took my son today for a haircut as we usually do. We usually go with Ivette but today they had Maria (older lady) I checked in on the web site and arrived . She proceeds to say “what would you like today. You didn’t put any notes”. I ignored the comment cause there wasn’t a note section online. and told her a 0 around with scissors on top for a comb over. She makes a face and says “are you sure” I told her he hasn’t cut his hair in a while that’s why it was so long. She then says “how long ago did you cut his hair. 1 month, 2 month, 3 month” I said I wasn’t sure but we will just get a 0 all around and scissors on top. She turns around shakes her head and throws the pen and paper the counter in annoyance. I was so upset she did that and just left with my son. She needs to find an other place of work if she can’t understand a simple cut.

I was a walk in, I added my name and it showed 45 minutes to wait. I waited until I had 10 minutes to go when a guy walked in that was over an hour wait behind me that signed up online. He says, yeah I don't want to wait that long, so the girl puts him in front of me and it push me back to over a 55 minute wait again. After going here for 9 years when I moved to SA, needless to say I'll never go back again!! I've had horrible cuts and some great cut from here but never again. This is the 2nd time that it's happened to me.

My stylist wasn't even in the building...waited over 1 hour, the board showed 15 minutes the whole time. Finally gave up and had someone else cut my hair..it was a good cut.

Absolutely the worst haircut and experience I've ever had at any barber shop on Sunday, November 12th. If the man with messy hair and dandruff that looks like he just rolled out of bed comes out of the back to cut your hair, RUN! I gave him a chance anyway despite his unkept appearance, hoping that would not reflect in his work. First off, I can't tell you his name because he never introduced himself. His work-station was covered in hair. He did not listen at all to what I asked for. I asked for a tapered finish on my neckline- I received a somewhat squared, very uneven line with tons of hairs that were missed on my neck. Fading was terrible/non-existent. The rest of my hair was completely uneven and patchy. Again, the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I went to a different location (Village at Stone Oak) to have it fixed. I highly recommend that location over this one on Thousand Oaks. It is now Thursday, 11/16/23, and I called this location to speak to a manager and let them know about my experience. I know they can't fix the issue if they are never informed about it. I was told there was no manager on duty and that they would not be back until MONDAY. Stay away from this location! They are awful! I will never come back to this location again, and if it wasn't for the great people working at the Village of Stone Oak location, I wouldn't go to a Sports Clips ever again due to this experience.
