Extremely poor customer service! Do not go here. First-time customer at this location and shooed away, and hung up on the phone. I initially made an online reservation for 3 kiddos, and the reservation was manually canceled after 5 minutes upon ready. Booked at 2:46pm, notified at 3:05 a stylist will be ready in 15, then ready at 3:21pm and canceled at 3:26pm. I called in and let an associate know I'd be running late, and she rudely stated "You need to come in so we can restore your place on the list. It has to be in person. You will be restored to last on the list." There was not a single person on the wait list with zero wait time at 2:46pm when booked with 3 stylists available. The purpose of an online booking system is to provide ease and convenience, but clearly, the staff here chooses to inconvenience customers and self manage the list to their liking and personal convenience. The stylists at this time were Bianca, Kat, and Briggiette. I'm not sure who answered the phone because there was no greeting nor name. Upon arrival, the stylist stated " There will be a 20 minute wait. You'll be restored to last on the list". This defeats the entire purpose of a booking system. We chose to go elsewhere after this entire ordeal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Asked for a high fade and got the sides of my head shaved that don't blend into the hair on top of my head. The hairdresser decided to argue it WAS a fade and that I could fix it by buying product. I was given 50% off. Too bad I still have to walk around in public looking silly for a month...

I live in Wichita Falls, Texas, while on family trip I decide to take myself and my grandson for a hair cut and I have seen before way Chelsea does her job but I decided to let her cut my grandson's hair and she was absolutely wonderful, my little men was so happy and she was so gentle and I teract with him, Chelsea, thank u so much for ur dedication and I will keep making trips 2 ur store even if that means making.trip to San Antonio as soon as my little men needs a haircut,

Went there, asked for a one all the way around , a line up, and for my hair to be square in the back. Thr barber shaved the left side of my head, and squared it off. I let them know my hair is cut unevenly, and I was given a lie about my hair naturally growing thick on top and lighter on the sides. As if it wasn't obvious one side of my head was shaven more than the rest of my head. Was the only person getting abused in the placed and lied to.They're racist and inept.Service: Haircut
