I really think they did an excellent job and fix my car within one day and the price was reasonable I will be bringing my car back with them every time I need to fix something I think they are trustworthy

I dropped off my Ford edge there to get service. Jr gave me A quote of $3900. He sent me an invoice with all the prices when I calculated it was $3200. When I called, he said my new bill is now $4,100.
I Told him I added it up and I couldn’t find I couldn’t find the $600 charge? Now it’s 4100 $200 more? $800 Over and there’s a charge for electric service and labor isn’t that the same?
Jr could not explain why he was overcharging me.
(He said you did not want us to work on your steering wheel ) So shouldn’t the price go down? He later called and said he cannot find the parts for my vehicle, and I need to pick it up ,and that my fee is $85.
Friends I give you my word l was polite and kind, but that kindness is what monsters like this take advantage of. This place needs to be investigated.
Go over the invoice make sure Jr is not robbing you.
I did try talking to other advisors about this charge, but they just got real lenient on only speak to Junior about it. Scary don’t go there!!

Do NOT bring your car here. I walked on the property, thru the huge open fence, and was accosted by one of the employees. When you can’t step foot on the property without them attacking, it’s not a good place to leave your car.

When to drop my car off here, this is an awesome place they have courteous customer service straightforward. You don't have to pay anything until they actually can tell you what's wrong with the car.

Took my trk in with few problems no one else could figure it out but Mr manual found it and took care of it real fast great service with guys who are down to earth they know what there doing there if I ever have problems I know where I will always be taking my trk thanks guys

If I could give this place zero stars I would, they charged me $550 for a rewire of my pigtails which doesn’t take 4.5 hours to do. I didn’t complain about the price but when I picked this vehicle up it had a check engine light one and I was never once informed of the light nor the codes that was pulling. I’m going through courts for the payment of the work to my vehicle as it was caused by another mechanic so I need it checked throughly to be sure he pays for any damage he causes. Upon calling the shop and speaking with the owners son he informed me he was sorry for not informing me and asked do I want to bring it back. No I absolutely don’t want to bring it back when it’s been in your possession for two weeks already. You had time to look at that. I asked to talk to the owner in which he told me he would not allow and that I can “call back to try to reach him” I asked for $50 back for the inconvenience and of course he can’t do that either. I’ll be writing a review everywhere I can and filing a complaint because this shouldn’t be how I get my vehicle back.

I found Spitfire after having my 2nd Gen Ford Lightning previously diagnosed with a bad ECM. Other 2 shops wanted 2750 or 3100. Spitfire found the actual issue was a burned wire running along the firewall.. 350. I've now had them diagnose and repair all my vehicle needs. They make an actual appointment for drop off instead of sitting at their shop for a week. Fast turn around time, fair pricing considering they actually find and fix the problem!

Upset ? 9/22 When I went to pickup my van today , my bf told them key didn’t unlock /lock driver side lock before I drove off with it . I’d taken it there for passenger window problems . Anyways , we had already bought a replacement handle and so he was going to install it when he got it home . But regardless, I didn’t authorize anyone to alter or fix my driver side door handle while they were troubleshooting my passenger power window.I’m upset with the tech who decided that my handle was coming off (but it wasn’t ) and put a longer screw in my door handle driver side which damaged my tumbler. My bf had to undo the bent tumbler ,(try doing that in this heat !! )My handle had been working and was a non issue that became a issue . Ultimately, my bf did talk to some one there who explained what happened . I also called and spoke with the tech and he said to bring it back in so they could look at it .But now I’m unable to engage my alarm because I could only arm it from my drivers side door lock ! I’m not sure if I brought it back it could make things worse perhaps …. Jeez what a mess it made for my bf and it’s still not back to proper working condition!
