It is clean and feels safe not like one of those sketchy 24 hr laundry mats. But I rate it a 2 because of the night staff. One guy who is not very friendly. Or helpful. He made me feel like he hates working here and we were bothering him. 100% I am all about customer service I would rather go somewhere sketchy where the staff doesn’t look at you crazy when you ask a question about a machine. Other then that I would have given it 4-5 stars…

The AC seems broken, especially on hot days where it's really hot in the facilityJune 2nd update came by today at 4:30 and the attendant on shift was just on his phone. it took me 3 attempts to get his attention all so I could buy detergent. The building was also dirty

This is May 25th 2024 is a fixed the AC it's broken again it lasted exactly who the 3 weeks and that's it they need to come out here and get them fixed again and make sure that they come and get fixed this is too hot in here well I'm going to start taking my business to somebody else

Owners seriously need to handle the AC and stop being cheap. The employees shouldn't have to work in a sweat shop and neither should customers have to deal with the uncomfortable heat. We're in tx damnit!

Been coming here since I moved here the beginning of this year and it was great but recently it seems management could careless of their employees health , customers health and overall stores condition. The light in ladies room took over 2 months to get fixed and the A/C has been out for even longer which is absolutely insane!!! Will be going somewhere else from now on. I guess the A/C will get addressed when someone has a heatstroke. Don't go here if you don't have to!

I like coming here, it's the closest laundromat to my house, it's clean and there is always an attendant for questions. The reason for only 2 stars is they either don't have ac, don't turn it on or it's broken. It's been like this for a while, but today it feels cooler outside on a 96° day than inside.Answers to other reviews say it's being worked on or even that it's been fixed. That's lie it's sickening hot in there today. The employee sweeping was red facedI usually fold my laundry there, but I had to get out before I got sick. I guess I need to find a new place.

I have gone on three different occasions on Saturdays and they have had problems with the air conditioner. I went today Saturday, May 26, 2024 at 2:07 p.m. the days are getting hotter. They really need to resolve this problem. What they mentioned regards washing machine rates is incorrect they need to update that.

It's hotter than Hades on a cold winter's day. The guy at the counter said that the air conditioner is busted. At least fans can be used but nope. It's actually cooler outside than it is inside. Holy hell! It's hot in here!

This place used to be great. The customer service is still generally very good, and the prices are okay. However the place is always dirty and grimy, and the place is extremely hot--especially since they only ever run one of the three ceiling fans, and if they have a/c it never seems to be running at all. They finally fixed the lights in the women's restroom after about three months of having it pich black every time we had to go in there. They have had more machines frequently out of order, including the card machines; but they are usually pretty good about fixing them.

I've been to the one on WW White before but I prefer this one less traffic in the facility. More washers and dryers than the other one. And the attendant was so helpful and nice not like the attendant on WW White that had a scowl on all the time and was inappropriately talking about customers within earshot at WW White facility. I believe I will be coming to wash clothes on SE Military from now on. Environment felt way safer than the one I went to before.

The AC UNIT never works it's always hot inside so we had to find another place to wash clothes.
