Staff was very helpful and the facilities was very clean. I'll keep bringing my business here. Plenty of rolling laundry baskets and surface area to fold laundry. Too bad this soda machine is out of order.

The place is always clean. The machines are clean and most work. The staff is helpful and friendly. AC is weak and the bathroom door has been broken forever. And the soda machine is broken.

Place has great employees but does the AC ever work? Ive been there in the early morning, afternoon and night before last wash and its always uncomfortable. With the doors propped open, it lets the cigarette smoke come in fast from people outside.

Great experience! Lucie was a very great help for me and assisted me along the entire process despite me being preoccupied with other errands. She even helped transfer my laundry into the dryer while I was elsewhere. She was a perfect calm in the storm for me at the time and I can’t praise her enough. The establishment was also laid out quite well and clean, I had a great experience 10/10

We have been here a few times, because our washer or dryer had gone out and this place was literally 5 minutes away. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick wash and dry. Ms Lucy is absolutely amazing and has everything you need to get your laundry needs done. She will take care of you, so make sure you say hi when you come by. AAA+++++

Edit: After another six months quality has continued to go down. Joe never responded to my email when I reached out to him. The only reason I still use them is because I don't have the time to sit in the laundromat doing it myself and they're the only place near me that offers a Wash & Fold service and lemme tell you, especially recently, boy do they treat you like it. Today, I dropped off my laundry, never got a call/text (I asked them not to call but text instead, which they've ignored in the past). My laundry usually takes 3-4 hours, and since I dropped off a slightly larger load today I waited seven hours before calling them. When the associate answered, she very angrily told me "It doesn't matter how long it's been we can keep it for 24 hours and y'all have been spoiled by getting called when it's ready". No one ever told me that was their policy and I thought I was being nice by waiting twice as long as normal to call because of how much I had dropped off. And was told today that if I wanted to drop off something that big again I'd need to buy a $12 bag since it wouldn't fit in the one they gave me last time despite it fitting fine in my hamper. Quality has gone down and down, lesson learned. I'm gonna switch to a pick up/drop off service.
At first, I thought this was a lifesaver. I don't have a reliable laundry room at my complex, and don't have the time to spend 2-3 hours at the laundromat every week. Being able to drop off and pick up was amazing. But slowly, cracks have started to show. First, they won't allow you to opt-out of the plastic bags they put your clothes in after washing them. They're awful for the environment as they're single-use plastic that's just gonna end up in a landfill anyway, and besides that I dropped them off in a collapsible mesh hamper. Just put the folded clothes back in the hamper. Simple solution. Now, they're not even letting my use my collapsible mesh hamper. Instead, I have to bring my laundry in with their branded bag, which has no structure and isn't nearly as easy to load as my (again, collapsible, takes up no space) hamper was. Definitely gonna start looking for a new place that more closely aligns with my environmental values and doesn't force me to use an inconvenient bag when my hamper takes up the same or less space as their bag and is easier to load.

Lucie attendant at Nacogdoches location has always been very helpful the times I go there to do my laundry and she keep it very clean and organized.
