Very bad experience. Customer service took about 2 hours. Not fast at all. Keep saying they needed to talk to someone. Then they called the manager, which seemed like I was never going to get somewhere with these people. They made me feel like I told them to give me money!! No, it was a check that I worked so hard to earn!! I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!

This company doesn't have pay day loans, just regular loans that are more nosey. Have a full-time job and direct deposit but since my credit check was denied couldn't get the payday loan. If you're doing well for yourself and want a loan for the hell of it, they got you. If you got hard times even though you work an honest hard 50 a week and need a little help they don't like you there. I know they can loan however or to whoever, just a heads up to those like me.
