Cannot use carts to bring clothes in any longer told by worker I've been coming here every week now for half a year and so I asked since when she said 2 weeks now.. I used carts last week for my laundry to bring in from car.. of 8 in my home I cannot carry in and out the carts definitely help, I'm going to have to change locations.. i see elderly and children carrying clothes struggling to bring them and get them through the door..she said due to theft of carts so why not keep the customers you do that arnt stealing them , happy and well assisted. It's just terrible. Update only certain workers allow it now?

Great washing machines but only 3 baskets for laundry at the whole place. Baskets are not allowed outside; forced to carry all laundry out by hand. Get some more baskets for this place come on.

Do not come here unless you just got your income tax! Their prices are ridiculous! The restroom was too filthy to use and they have no baskets to use!

I just moved in to the neighborhood, new to doing laundry outside of home and every single time I've came here since day one Yolanda has been the one helpful and so sweet in my time being spent here doing my laundry. Im grateful for her being here every time ?

Very unprofessional and rude employee. No people skills whatsoever. Dark hair with ponytail and dark framed glasses. She was speaking to customers very rudely and on the phone instead of doing her job.

Worst experience at a Laundry Matt. Never been so disrespected by this female working here with black hair and glasses no butt ugly as sin and she has the nerve to tell me she don't give two sheets about me being disabled with a broken hip, broken tailbone, dislocated hip, broken collar bone and broken leg in 4 different places. This attendant lady has the nerve to come and try to take my basket when all I did was step outside with it to smoke a cigarette I had my soap and my laundry bags inside the kart so instead of leaving it inside I took it with me she follows me outside says wow wow wow you can't just be having the baskets outside like that. I started to explain to her about my injury and everything and told her she don't have to come at me all rude this lady says she wasn't coming at me rude but if I want she could. I said how about I call your manager. She goes I give two sheets. And was literally acting as I'd she was going to square up on me

Used to love it, now not so much. When I first found this laundromat I thought, finally someone got it right. A laundromat that's clean, air conditioned (especially in San Antonio 's HOT summer), and I can feel safe and comfortable to do my laundry. The machines are always clean unlike other places where they always smell of mildew. The restrooms are clean and always have soap and toilet paper. I can do my laundry without being harassed by a pan handler. Until recently they even had plenty of rolling carts, but now they've had most of them stolen, so as a result the rolling carts are no longer able to be taken outside to haul your clothes inside. Also, because of the lack of rolling carts they are not available after you finish washing so that you can take your clothes out of the washer. I can sympathize with the situation they are in, but when you have heavy, wet clothes to transfer to the dryers and no rolling cart, I'm sorry but I have to draw the line. There has to be a better solution because for me I'm finding a NEW laundromat that actually has rolling carts to transfer my heavy, wet clothes to the dryer.
