Went in to order an Apple IWatch, cool.. whatever. I order with the associate since it wasn't in store and we agreed on getting the Black well I get an email a few hours later saying it was silver and now I have to wait even longer to cancel the order and reorder again! Thanks Spectrum!

When I have to go into a Spectrum I highly recommend this one. Quick and easy and friendly associates. Either to pick up or drop off equipment I've never had to wait or a problem

You are guaranteed a long wait! Of the 6 cash registers, only 2 are working! Savings that affect the quality and speed of service are inappropriate.

Do not waste your time with this stupid service. If you have t mobile and dont game you just want to warch movies on netflix stick to tmobile. This spectrum sht keeps going out at the most stupidest times

A spectrum residential connectivity specialist named Gavin Rivera walked onto my property and disregarded my no trespassing sign on my door. He even read the sign out loud as he left his business card with a non local number on it. He was wearing a spectrum shirt and the only spectrum close to me is this location. I tried calling to complain but their is no direct number to your store. I don't appreciate unwanted solicitors and this is not a good way to do business. I called and notified him not to come back. Please address this with him as this is not good for your business. Bullying people and disregarding warning signs is not good representation of your company. Imagine how he will treat customers if he disrespects people like this and their is no direct number for customers to make complaints.

Show up to cancel my cable after 2 weeks due to spectrum tech said he could not run cable to my living room and only to bedroom we tried it and didn’t like it. Then I get here to turn box in and there is only 1 person working and he is busy running his mouth. I didn’t even get greeted when I walked in just ignored. I am not impressed with the customer service.

3 guys working and 2 left only one at the front and 5 people waiting for 20 minutes without being called. Ask the front guy he said we have to wait. No body is working here!

I had to update my review. First, I would like to discuss my recent communication I had with the upper manager who hung up on me this morning because he could not provide me with a solution to my issue. I had phone services with them and it was TERRIBLE. I maybe had the phone for less that 3 hours. They immediately failed to communicate with me their process. I had returned the phone in excellent condition. In return of having the phone for less than a few days and suddenly within the process of returning it, it has had sudden scratches. While I was on the line with them, on June 13th, I took a picture of them phone in its packaging, there was no marks or scuffs, however, I was told by the upper manager that “if I want to get hypothetical, of course there was going to be issues with the phone,” but, what he saw on the photos it was going to be valid. He failed to take my concern into consideration, he did not provide me with any resolution and he did not send me to a manger to get it resolved. He did not consider a refund or a partial refund. I clearly explained to him, that I would take full responsibility for anything that was done to that phone in my possession. However, I returned it in excellent condition and the fact that it was processed with sudden scratches is off. I have the exact same phone to date and I have no scratches at all and I have had this phone much longer than the phone in the picture. I refuse to pay out something I am not responsible for. I will also be disconnecting all other services with them because of this issue if there is not a solution in a timely manner. This is uncalled for and I am very disappointed in spectrum.
Overall: no one has fixed this concern. They sent me to a chat for their warehouse mistake. I will never be a customer with them again.

We came in -May 2024- to switch 3 phone lines and 2 watches from Verizon to Spectrum. They were promoting the "we will pay off your balances at Verizon" so we thought why now since we already had cable and internet with Spectrum.
All went well in the store, super helpful, switched our services out, upgraded us from 13's to 15's and all went smoothly as far as that part. We asked several times how the buy out would work. We were told we would receive a credit card within 7-10 business days to pay off the Verizon bill.
Just received the credit card (digintally) from Spectrum. Tried paying off the Verizon bill over the phone and it was declined. Called Spectrum and they said "Oh, you can only use the funds to purchase items. Not pay bills."
Ummmm... thats specifically what you told us in the store- that we would use it to pay off our balance. Now we cant.
