This store has the worst customer service. I’ve been here 4 times and each time is really bad and today I finally decided to give a bad review.
I can’t believe they can’t train their employees with basic sales training! Unbelievable! They are rude and unprofessional!

Large corporations are ridiculous. We ordered cable for my mother with dementia. They sent us 2 receivers. She is in an efficiency apartment and just has one tv. I tried to do the right thing and bring back the extra receiver we don’t need. They would not take it back because the dementia lady was not there even though I ordered the service. It most likely be lost by the time she doesn’t need the service. And at that time they won’t get it back and can fight her estate if they want it back later. The guy working there was not friendly and had no personality to be dealing with people.

Lied to me about the promotional offer and how I could get it paid off. Now 6 months into it, I'm finding out that I cannot pay off the amount that they had originally told me unless I keep the payments going FOR 3 YEARS, and that I would have to pay off the full total amount for a worthless phone that I do not use WHICH WAS DOUBLE THE PRICE WE DISCUSSED.THEY ARE LIARS and spectrum is trash either way. Don't go here. Don't trust them. It's not worth it.

Very disappointed me and my husband with the horrible welcome and work ethics from Mr Lauren and the rest of the employees. They ask me what I need for told them I am have issues with getting no internet. And Mr Lauren answered “and what do you want me to do?” What I wanted if for us to have a better and respectful answer. What do you think we wanted for your employees. BETTER SERVICE. None of them wanted to work. Not friendly or helpful.
