CUSTOMER BEWARE! Internet was decent most of the time but much more downtime than there should be. Where I really had problems was when it was time to disconnect my service. After a 30 minute call, they said I was disconnected and good to go but they continued to charge me a month later for continued service. I had to spend another hour on the phone to get that correct, then a month after that, they had only disconnected part of my service and I was billed for 2 more months for partial service. I called back and after 45 minutes, was told I would need to call back tomorrow for another department to get a refund for the money they stole from my account after I had disconnected service. I will NEVER use this shady company again because of their dishonest practices and total disregard for the customer.

Nothing lists that this location is, in fact, NOT somewhere customers can actually go to get help, nothing indicates that this is only an office building and not a Spectrum store.

Have]d a salesman come to the door for Internet and phones. Just changed to ATT but changing again to Spectrum.Robert spent quality time getting us set up as I work from home.A+++ service.Thanks for sending great people out, we really enjoyed having Robert assist us.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

From experience customer service is terrible and I hear from several sources the work environment is bad. Abusive supervisor and staff M Farmer. Nobody in a place of employment should be engaging in verbal or physical abuse.

Called two weeks in advance to transfer service. I was told I could plug n play. There are NO Co Axle connections NO phone line to speak. I work from home! If I don't get paid how will you get paid?? Do better please.
