Lines can get long and sometimes the phone signal isn’t always good, which isn’t great if you’re using your phone to be in line..otherwise, it’s great!

I've had Spectrum internet for years. Every year when they raised my rate I'd call and get a lower rate.On many occasions I was told price would reduce if I would delete phone service (which I never used) so I would say great delete phone service. After two raises in two months I finally pulled the trigger and switched to T Mobile. When I returned my equipment today ,clerk told me my rate would have been less without phone service . What a racket.
