This place sucks only 2 people working on weekends they need to fire the manager of that store because his customer service sucks!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!! If you go to Northside you don’t see this!!

This place don’t even deserve a one star. You go there to either pick up or exchange equipment and could take more than an hour. Employees attend to one customer then stop to talk to coworker while the other worker goes to the back takes a while and comes back. If only they could expect to take care of so many customers and get a bonus they would speed up the process. Waste of time going there. 3 employees and actually one working while the others chat with each other

Very clean very professional very well oriented always treated well here I recommend coming here. Don’t judge others by their Appearance. Don’t judge a book by its cover. always be very respectful and Watch how you will be treated with royalty like a king I love this place I’ve never had any problems ❣️? you guys are the best I am giving you Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am in entrepreneur and you guys have never gave me any interruptions or have never been rude to me. My brother is a 4 year Spectrum customer and just like that lost his business. It’s clear that Spectrum cares nothing about customers that are a Fixed income status. it has been difficult for my brother to keep his service but nonetheless, he has struggled and paid monthly only to get behind and pay the minimum balance, and they still disconnected his service. he went into Store twice to try and get his service back on and received only a bad experience. on the previous visit, he spoke to someone that assured him his service would be reconnected and collected a payment only to find out that the service did not get put back on so he made a visit to try and sort things out and got terrible customer service from very unsensitive staffand manager he is returning his equipment today and wants nothing to do with Spectrum anymore

Horrible customer service. My mom and I drove a long distance only to be pushed back in line. Underappreciating customers isn't what i had in mind for my mother's time and effort. Horrifying.P.s: the employees can keep their offensive demeanor, i don't plan on returning to this location.

What a more desperate wait, it can't be that they come to tell each other the gossip of the week and then do a procedure after 1 hour of talk, here I am waiting almost two 2 hours to be attended to and there are only 2 people ahead, this place is fatal, I will not return ? ??♂️

Today was a very unpleasant day for me, I was waiting to be attended to, I arrived and registered, there were 2 people before me, I registered my phone number since I had the option of being given a message alert, when I received the message alert for me to be attended to, the only young man with glasses was talking to the client who is before me on the list, and my name already appeared on the screen, when another woman arrived who I assume was coming from the bathroom, she mentioned another person after me, and I tell her that they still don't serve me and she's already jumping to what she says that I don't appear on the list and the other guy tells me that he doesn't speak Spanish. It's time they still have me waiting, obviously there are more people after me.

horrible customer service especially the lady named Yolanda there. She went and processed a transaction without letting my wife know about and took $100. Then proceeded to brag about having 20 transactions for the day with a coworker, it's scumy and disgusting you take peoples money just to meet a quota. I wouldnt recommend going to this location !
