Omar was amazing, he was very transparent with everything. He broke everything down for me I knew exactly what I was getting he was super kind and understanding and walked me through everything he was wonderful I will be coming back to this store!

Camelia Martinez was very professional and very patient, with my elder parents in purchasing Cell phones, Cable , Internet; she set the appointment for installation and provided our equipment for the install and gave us steps by steps instructions what to expect with the installation and billing. I was so pleased with her service and professionalism, I myself decided to discontinue my services with AT&T and switch to Spectrum. This decision was made due to Camelia’s professionalism and services , she made me feel I made the right decisions for mine and my parents home.

I don't know what Melissa is, but she thought she was the owner of the congal. I went to return a cable box because I had already talked to the corporation for a new, more economical plan and they told me that I couldn't receive it because they said I had to cancel my service and I I just left it there because I had already spoken to the corp.... They are only good at collecting, they can never make a change and they always tell you to talk to the corp and now that I have spoken I don't even receive it, they gave me the disk manager that they created owner.. very bad customer service😡😡😡

Service was amazing, there was no wait for someone to help. Yolanda and Melissa at this store were very helpful and informative to cater the best service to save my mom money. Would highly recommend. If there was a waiting time - it still would be worth the wait!!
