Please train your employees on proper etiquette. I handed the cashier my ID and she called me old.. it’s so disrespectful and rude! Who does that?!!

I was scammed out of $3 due to Specs' misleading advertising. The sign by the bottle said, "Key cash price $32.99", so that's what I expected to pay. They ended up charging me $35.99. After discovering this overcharge, I brought it to an employee's attention. She said she'd get a manager to see if she could help me. The supposed manager came, and would not honor the $32.99 price, unless I decided to sign up and become a member. The manager deflected with, "Didn't the cashier tell you that?" and "Would you like to sign up?" I told the manager that she was incapable of helping me, only offered me excuses, and left the store. Thanks to this unpleasant experience/lesson, I'll be taking my business to Total Wine.

Great selection. Deplorable customer service. employees standing near Cashier area acted as if you’re disturbing them by existing in the store. One even stated out loud I’m not helping her. I’m off the clock to my face as I walked up.

Expected a military id for discount. Some of us who served in the 1980s for only four years do not have a military id. Am I supposed to carry my DD214 or my American Legion card, as if you know what that means? Sick of being called a non veteran by kids who have never served.
