The manager Tony was unprofessional. He did not allow us to continue our shopping, even though there was precedent evidence that we had the right to do so. I highly recommend going to another location.

My experience here last time was better than today. I found a bottle of Eagle Rare out on the main shelves. I took the bottle up to the front to pay & ask if there is limitation on quantity, when the cashier/representative snatched the bottle out of my hands like a toddler getting a toy or candy taken away. Rather than being apologetic, he seemed more confused and concerned about the bottle being out on shelves when it wasn’t supposed to be. I understand it’s an allocated bottle, but; 1) it was a $40-50 bottle of Eagle Rare; 2) There was not attempt to help me find another option or apologize for the inconvenience. Just snatched it out of my hands and even had the audacity to ask me to help him find the others.
I was left standing at the service desk then the bourbon isle like an idiot, embarrassed and confused. I walked out with nothing, upset and embarrassed after being treated like a child.
2 star review only because I’ve had a good visit here before with a gentleman who recommended a great bottle and had great conversation. Apart from that, today was a 0 star review.
