If I could give you no stars I would Jennifer is the most rude and ignorant customer service worker I have ever came in contact with. No welcome in no thank you on the way out. Was asked if I had a problem with her and told me to leave now so rude and disrespectful. I will never return to this store and I visit Specs almost every day just thought I would try a new location big mistake. ?

I had an outstanding experience at Specs, thanks to John!
He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. I was thrilled that he not only knew about my home country, South Africa, but also about the brandy and wine from there. John went above and beyond by getting me a special import from my homeland, which made my day. He also helped my wife find an exquisite tequila that she absolutely loves. Exceptional service and expertise—I highly recommend asking for John when you visit Specs!

My husband and I went in this evening to buy McAllen 12 Scotch. We asked the employee where it was located, he proceeds to tell us, it's trash, mass produced highly over-rated!! My husband told him we like it, he continued to be negative about our choice.We didn't ask for a recommendation, we were brand specific.Do better Spec's training your employees about customer service, not everyone likes the same thing!!

I was shopping around at this store and a gentleman that works there offered to help. He seems friendly and I had asked him about a good quality vodka, he walked me to the freezer section and handed me a bottle of frozen Vodka, he told me that this was “one of the best” out there. I made the purchase and came home to find and the bottle thawed and started leaking. Lesson learnt thanks Specs.

Great place. People are friendly and eager to help! There was a long line. Which made me want to leave. I was out really quick!!! Great customer service!

The owner is so knowledgeable and everything is easy to find and the prices are great. I prefer the personal and small store over the big chains.

Friendly staff. They know a good amount. Had some of the specific wines I wanted. Smaller selection of spirits that I was looking for. Good store that is worth a visit. We all left with something we wanted. Some new items and some tried and true.
