If you go here, doble check the work they did to your vehicle. I took my vehicle here before a road trip with my family to make sure that everything in the suspension is good and safe to drive they spend 4 days with my vehicle. I spend close to 2k and on my trip a had to stop in a mechanic shop to have the vehicle check and they found that all the parts these guys changed where loose I personally remove one with my hand thanks God nothing happened to us the whole suspension was completely loose

The crew at this particular shop did a wonderful job to our 32s Flex by fleetwood! Our motorhome needed an alignment. They got us in and out within 45mins! Great crew that fix on the RVs and cars, great receptionist and the owner is wonderful too. if I can give you 10 Stars I would.Keep up the good work!Regina and Ebony Hill

So happy we found this shop. Staff was great and the tech did a great job. We are traveling in our Class B RV and they did the brakes without an appointment and got us back on the road in good time. The estimate they gave was bang on.

First they let me leave their lot with all tires 30 lbs low on air. They left 4 lug nuts loose and 1 missing on the rear wheels after replacing brake pads and routers on my Motorhome. Both rear wheels were neglected. The simulators cracked and everything was loose the only thing that kept them from coming off was the horrible noise they were making which prompted me to take it to Iron Horse RV and they found the issues and fixed it right.

Bad business! Did a front alignment 2 months ago and dealership did a courtesy alignment check and was reading a bad front alignment. Very disappointing. No paperwork was given on reading and warranty was not explained. They need better customer serviceService: Wheel alignment

In a nut shell…..Like clockwork.Southwest Brake & Alignment’s abundant years of experience undoubtedly reflected their work. Arrived a few minutes before 7am for an alignment and was out the door in less than two hours. It’s been a few days and I’m completely satisfied!

Came in w/o an appointment at 9am. Any walk-ins are first come first serve. I was informed it would be ~1.5 hours to complete an alignment on our truck. Well after a short 20 mins Gilbert let me know he'd completed the alignment, explained how misaligned it was, and shared feedback I should look into replacing a ball joint that had play in it.This was the second time and second vehicle we've brought to Southwest and they've done a great job both times! Both vehicles are driving as they should now. Great job everyone!Service: Wheel alignment

What an amazing place! The staff was amazing...knew exactly what I needed and was very quick in getting it done. I had purchased a set of used tires and they were not able to get them balanced so I was referred here to do a truing of my tires. When I went there I only did the back tire truing (because that is what the tire shop said I needed to do). Turns out that all 4 needed to be done and rebalanced. They were a quick turnaround on this process and then also had an alignment done. Ask for Saul or Matt. Great bunch of folks!!Services: Tires
