A while back I had an issue with a new returned product. I gave a non recommended review however they did eventually make it right by giving me credit which I used toward another purchase. They have been great since. I would definitely recommend SAS and they are definitely more willing to work with clients than many of the other companies around that sell gate controlled products. I now frequently use this store for products I use on my gate installations and have been. Rigo and Purla have been good at getting me what I need when others don't have it.

I would not recommend the Houston location. Bought a new control board and have only opened the box to make sure the content is what it is. I usually do this at the distributor to make sure since most of my clients are in rural areas. The seal on the package is still intact internally and they won't do a return. My business and I were looking forward to doing business with SAS and building rapport with them to have additional distribution options however their inability to do returns on open packages will render them insufficient for my buisness and will continue with TS distributors with the ability to return opened packages there.
