Using their online banking and mobile app is always a gamble. You never know if they’re going to have “technical difficulties” or if your password randomly expires. I’ve banked with them for about a year and I can say there’s been about 5 instances where their mobile app and website are shut down for technical difficulties leaving me helpless if I was to need to access my money. No email to notify customers of the issues either. I do not recommend south trust if you value the confidence of being able to access your money

I've done business with this bank for about 15 years. They're amazing! Very helpful, courteous and prompt. I've never had to wait a long time for assistance and they've always gone above and beyond for our business.

I had the worse experience at this location this morning. Rude staff, sat in the drive through for a hour. Kept putting the blame on a different branch instead of trying to help the customer.

Customer service is not good..they dont offer you a temporary card if lost or stolen.if you get your card stolen or lose it you have to wait til the next business day.you have to go take money out..which is an Inconvenience.

This is the worst bank for customer service! If you have any kind of issue with your account the literally tell you there is nothing they can do. I have never had a bank that treats their customers so poorly.
