Southtown Web Design caught my attention from the very beginning! As a “Start Up” company, having never been exposed to creating a website, the journey began. Our rationale was to begin the process of choosing a Web Designer by speaking to several companies to determine the best and most affordable fit. Not easy and not fun, as the Web Design industry does not speak a language that I could understand. All I heard was “We can do this…that will take this long ...and cost this much.” All the other quotes were very dry and one-sided: with no questions about the vision for the website or for the company moving forward as a whole.The first thing Southtown Web Design asked was that we fill out a “Let’s Talk- Websites Project Application” so that they could get a feel for our company, the “House of Botanicals.” This included what we wanted our website to convey to the World Wide Web and how we wanted our customers to feel when they were on our website. This “Let’s Talk” step was pivotal and the mortar in the foundation for our relationship with Southtown Web Design.Southtown Web Design is also proficient in Local SEO Marketing, Google PPC Management, High Authority Link-Building, Content Writing Services, and Website Maintenance Plans to name a few. We have Southtown Web Design managing the Maintenance aspect of our website and will move in to their proven track record of SEO at the end of the year 2023.Working with Michael L. has been an amazing and best part of the journey. He has been a patient teacher, endlessly easy going, accommodating and flexible. Not to mention, the website is Beautiful and Super Friendly to navigate!!! We get NOTHING but compliments!!! I contacted Michael in regards to our ecommerce website that was unneccessarily slow. Michael and I spoke on Wednesday mornning and by that evening he had our site moved over to a new hosting company and best of all, our website was now lighting fast!!
