These guys are great and I highly recommend them. They are professional, very communicative, and you can tell they literally do this all day every day. I had an incredibly heavy single slate table I needed moved from Houston to San antonio and Jorge and his crew were the only people in town that had the equipment and were willing to move it. The price was more than fair and Jorge kept in touch the entire time. Once they got the table he checked everything out and made sure that it was good to go before delivering the table to the new spot. Sure enough it needed work and again I was shocked to find that he was more than fair for pricing. Everything was fixed and the quality of work is great! They delivered the table with no issues and communication with me was top notch. I Hands down recommend somar for anything yall need. I'll be coming back for years to come.

Very friendly and knowledge. They fixed a pool table another company damaged and tried to fix during a move. They did an amazing job and restored my vintage pool table back to 100%. Thank you for a good very week done.....

Somar Billiards dis an outstanding job refelting myOlhausen Pool Table. They took off the old felt, fixed a few areas on the slate. I saw true professionals refelt, relevel the table. Without a doubt the ONLY billiards company you will ever need for buying a table, moving a table, to reconditioning and refelting a table.

So this rating is about the conversation I had with this company. I like to shop around before I decide on what to get and where to get it. They were the most knowledgeable and polite people and didn't sound fake to just try to earn your business. The negative reviews I'm sure were learning experiences for this company. They were from several years ago as well. I'm definitely going to buy from them when my house is done.

I have to hand it to Jorge and team at Somar. They made me feel like the only customer in the place. At the time, only Jorge was there able to help in the front but had several customers, but I’ve waited longer at Walmart, lol, but it just proves how fast and accurate he was while helping everyone leave happy.Another big thing that I really appreciated and will forever be a loyal SOMAR customer is that I expressed to Jorge that i have special needs children and he personally appreciates the hard work of special needs parents and made me the sweetest deal on a table, BRAND NEW FELT, EVERY ACCESSORY I NEEDED TO HAVE A FULL SET UP, but also have full protection of the table from spills as the kiddos I’m sure will be interested in being around it, AND delivery and install!Everyone one there that day was treated like they were the only people there and it shows how dedicated this staff is to it’s customer base and building trust in every sale.I truly couldn’t be happier. I was going to buy on FB marketplace for $250 more than I paid at SOMAR, but would have had to buy from someone sketchy, and move it myself. This was a win stumbling upon SOMAR in my search. #BLESSED
