The bra specialists at soma are horrible.
They have put me in the wrong size bra. When I go in to return and try for an exchange they are a rude. They don't want to help me and they roll their eyes
when I point out an issue with the fit.
They always give me a larger bra that doesn't fit . One bra specialist told me to try Victoria Secrets because she was getting annoyed bringing bras to me.
This was my experience.

Such a nice store and salespeople. The sale prices were great as well. Kimberly was very helpful and most of all patient. I bought several sndceull be back.

Denise was super helpful & knows exactly what she’s doing. Yes they accommodate every size so you won’t regret it because their bras are worth it!

I was not even greeted when I walked into the store or acknowledged as I walked around for about 10/15 minutes. There was three employees working. It was noon on a Tuesday so the store was relatively empty so there was no excuse for them not being able to offer customer support. I grabbed what I needed and checked out - inquiring about the points program I saw a flyer on. The sales person listed on my receipt as “Karen” employee 000000096542 didn’t answer a single question I had and told me “yeah it’s like a points thing.” Which - based on the flyer alone I could see more was offered. I said okkkkkk I will look it up myself. She was short with me - didn’t smile once - and barely even looked at me. If a company is charging $25 per pair of panties - which I will say this is not a quality issue - Soma has amazing products - they need to have the staff in their stores offering the customer service to back up such a price tag. I haven’t shopped in store in years as I usually order online from them - after this experience - I definitely won’t be returning to this location at the least. Somas products are top notch…the staff in this store. At least today - not so much. ***NEXT DAY EDIT*** Soma responding by asking me to call their generic order placement phone number to “discuss my experience” makes this “experience” even worse.” All that shows is that they’re trying to save face on Google reviews - a fake apology would have been better than asking me to call that number LOL

The staff is fabulous - really helps you find well-fitting bras. Their clothing lines are super soft and very comfortable. Check them out. Nice selections, even for texas sized gals.

I went in to get a specific bra for my vacation. I bought 2 but weren’t the ones I was looking for. The girls were very helpful. But when I went to exchange them the next day, the girl helping me was obviously distracted by something. I went to the exact bra I wanted, telling her how it’s would be better for the shirts I would wear on vacation. I bought 2. At the register I asked her if she got the right bra and she made a face like “duh” and pointed to it. Ok…I know we have bad days. But when I got home to pack for a 6am flight, it was the wrong bra, not a razorback. I know it’s not the end of the world just frustrated that I wasted my time. The quarry is a bit of a drive as I came from Lavernia. I should have made sure it was the correct one too, I was just frustrated at my patience with her bad mood, I was more focused on that instead of my needs.

The ladies were very helpful when I made the initial purchase and when I had to return and exchange an item. The military discount is a plus to get quality bras.

Not a size inclusive store !!! . Store associate only caters to smaller sized woman will act like your completely invisible (didn’t even say high or good morning nothing) This is very disappointing that this store is the exact opposite of what soma stands for. I’ll take my business to Victoria Secret . That’s now size inclusive.

Excellent customer service from Kimberly, she made the bra shopping nightmare a pleasant pain free experience. Bras are very nice, comfortable and fit perfect.

The staff was very helpful. They measure you and give advice what will work best. They brought me several colors to choose from which is rare with big chested girls. Usually its just nude and black bras that are in my size. Bra feels like a cloud. Very supportive.

Ms. Denise was the best! She was informative, helpful, and patient. I liked how she was honest with me about how certain things fit vs others. It was not just about the sale for her. She was also very sweet. :)
